She gave me a beautiful Bob cut and a straightening treatment in June. It is now nearly January and I am still so happy with the results. I originally had difficulty with styling until I purchased a blower brush and can style with one hand. Wendy did a wonderful job and I continue to be thrilled. I do appreciate that the owner was always willing to make things right, which says a lot about their commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, I reached a point where I couldn't continue trusting that I would leave happy. My biggest frustration was with the lack of professional accountability from some stylists. If a result doesn't look good, it should be acknowledged and addressed rather than pretending everything is fine.
