This creates unnecessary confusion and miscommunication about whether the deposit is actually required. If the deposit is mandatory, the booking system should consistently enforce that policy, and not allow you to book without payment! I also do not appreciate being contacted through personal text messages regarding an alleged balance. If the business believes I owe a fee, I would expect a formal invoice or written documentation through the appropriate business channels. Repeated text messages requesting payment are not a professional way to handle billing matters. Definitely will take my 450.00 elsewhere!

This is the worse hair experience I've had. I wanted to deep dark brunette color, and I already had medium/dark brown hair. The stylist asked me how I felt about a little red in my color and I said why not. It has been one week and ALL of the red dye and brown dye washed out of my hair. Each time I washed it with my expensive color care products more and more dye came out. The dye is all over my towels. Now I have brassy light brown hair. I'm devastated. I don't have endless money to fix this. It was $273. I called the salon and left a message. They never returned my call to offer to fix it. Bad, bad experience.
