Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too. Nick did a great job with offering me a program I could sign up for and help same money at my next visits.

They stay on the defense..."We can't just put your prescription to the top of the list" Um did I ask you to? No, But I am here waiting and apparently there's no priority in that, so I'll suffer and return three hours later. Let's see what the excuse will be then. The store is literally two blocks from my house, regardless, this will be my last use of this pharmacy. When you don't feel good, you're not in the mood for people's attitudes.

I was…read morevery happy that I got a second opinion from Dr. Cho and that she was able to review the pathology from the previous provider. When it came about that Mohs was necessary to remove a basal cell carcinoma from my scalp, Dr. Tschetter, her assistant, Shayna, and her scheduling coordinator, Christina, were all fantastic at helping me out. I was able to get an appointment for the same week that I called, they kept me calm and answered all of my questions. Even though I had to go back 3x to get cancer removed, I was glad that Dr. Tschetter was conservative in her approach so that I'll have minimal scarring. She was also meticulous about how she closed up the site so that I will have a straight-line scar along the center part of my hair - it'll be imperceptible once it's fully healed. I am really optimistic about my recovery and couldn't be more thankful that I landed at Dermatology Specialists for this procedure.

I scored myself a big bottle of Moroccan Oil (treat) and a couple of items from the new-to-me TheInkeyList brand. This brand uses ingredients that you definitely won't see in your typical drugstore brands but keeps the prices lower. Bonus: they go on great and work well. Absolutely stop by and look at their serums. Helpful staff and a clean and well-organized store make this location one of my favorites. (This location always keeps their testing stations well-stocked with applicators, tissues, alcohol, and makeup remover, too.)

The service was far from cheap, close to 380 with tip. In a week's time, my hair started turning orange as seen in this pic. I went back and was charged another charge to fix my hair. Please keep in mind that I also had a keratin treatment done with Selena which also did not pan out at all either. The hair in this pic was supposed to be treated as well, it certainly didn't look like that. I was charged close to $800 for 2 services that were done horribly, but was blamed for the bad outcome by Selena and was told "it's because I colored my hair too much", and was charged to fix it. I obviously canceled all future appointments but wanted others to not fall prey to this "master stylist" bs. I hope ulta can do something to make this right to a customer who is a diamond member.
