I wanted blonde and told her not platinum but she decided to make it dark blonde, mind you i showed her a picture of what i wanted. i am entirely disappointed. Again i don't see how i paid 300 for this. I am so sad i even cried. i hate it mind you i have to live with this. Don't think anyone should pay that price especially when they don't like the results and i told her that i didn't like the color. Nothing i could do. Being haggled for $80 mid-service in front of other clients and staff because of your own booking error was humiliating. A professional business honors the price they quoted in writing ($15) and fixes their website/internal communication later.
