Please stay away from this place! I had a nightmare of an experience here last evening. It was our anniversary and I wanted to surprise my bf, we had reservation for dinner. I went in for a partial highlight, eyebrow wax, upper lip wax. The service was good but the outcome of the work was a complete disaster!!! First off I have alopecia so I asked the lady Francis if she can just do a partial highlights nothing close to the root and she asked me to show her the color I wanted and I showed her a deep brown/ coffee color hair pic with hints of caramel from the internet and what she did was do a full highlight and turn me into a freaking blonde. Also not the good kind of blond just the brash blonde. I can't even look at myself. She charged me $300 for that. To top it off she ruined my eyebrows too.. one is thinner than the other. While the highlight process they dropped the dryer on me. This huge heavy rotating hair drier fell on my head and shoulder. I woke up this morning with so much pain on my head and my shoulder hurts as well. I need to go see a doctor. I'm just soo upset I cannot even look at myself in the mirror. And we had to cancel the dinner reservation as it took them from 5:15-9:45 just going back and forth with my hair. I'm just soo freaking disappointed. I have jet black hair naturally and she bleached the shit out of my hair. I have tanned skin and blonde is not a good color for me at all. I had to go to another spot and spend twice as much to correct this mess. read more

Since Covid moved me to work at home i have been on the hunt for a new nail place by my house and came across this salon. Ive been coming since October 2020 to do gel mani & regular pedi with Brenda , Georgia & Angie , all great. (Nails today were done with Angie, she was excellent). Ive also done my hair (cut and dry) for my bday and i was very happy with the ladies work (so sorry i don't have a name but she's the blonde Spanish lady). Not only are these wonderful people talented but when I've gone and Tony is working the front her energy is so welcoming it makes you feel good and you actually want to hold a little conversation with her. Yelpers this morning I dropped my son off to practice and decided to find somewhere to get my nails done. So of course I went on Yelp An found this location. First for those of you concerned about Covid19 they do not mandate mask. Also people with appointments are put as priority which is fine,"but"... Unfortunately, I came in ( at 10:15am) there were only 2people in this place at the time and the nail technicians. The owner/receptionist told me it was going to be a 30min wait (which I was ok with waiting). But the nail technicians finished the 2 people and they had me still waiting.. No one ever communicated anything as to how much longer I had to wait etc.. (10:47am) I still was waiting the technicians were finish with the other people and did not call for me. So I unfortunately had to tell the owner/receptionist "Thank you but unfortunately I can not wait any longer".. They really wasted my time I could have found another place within the time I waited. I hate having to bounce around from person to person so I love that she can do all three. Also her dry-cut technique is my favorite. I had an incident with a hairstylist I got an appointment they were working by themselves that day i understand its stressful to go back to back on clients though it doesn't excuse how they acted i went to get a haircut and the whole time they were complaining about how thick my hair was and even said it to another person that worked there as they were sweeping like " oh yeah don't mind all that hair i didn't realize how much hair it was " ( like i was an inconvenience ) and kept complaining or scoffing i got a very drastic haircut which i was very self conscious about and their attitude just ruined the whole experience and made me feel so much worse ALSO a very reoccurring theme I noticed with this place is they either complain about my hair whether because its full or because of my hair type which is ridiculous because I literally have wavy/loose curly hair do you guys give the same energy to people with actual high maintenance hair ? why go into this profession if all you're going to do is straighten every clients hair and complain .. there was only one hairstylist who's name i cant remember (also always booked so thats why i ended up with different hairstylist) but she was very communicative and walked me through everything she was doing and the only reason im giving this a 2 star and not one read more

Clean, average salon, nothing fancy but the location is convenient. I made a same day appointment for a cut and color, but was told there wouldn't be a blow out which I'm fine with. I have curly hair and I should have left when the stylist started using words like "huge undertaking." She seemed uncomfortable working with curly or textured hair and I should called it then. I got all over color and I wanted full highlights. The stylist said that wouldn't be doable but she could put some around the front and top. I do not recommend getting a cut here if you have curls, she cut it straight across and now that I've blown it out my self, it's very visibly uneven. I'm going to have to get another cut. I'm not sure if the stylist was rushed because the salon had closed, but no, the cut/trim whatever was just bad. I truly wish she just hadn't. Again, the stylist could not have been nicer but I wish she had told me before we started that she was simply not capable of working on curls/textured hair. In the end, I walked out with wet unstyled hair and a uneven cut, but I want to emphasize that I was pleased with the color. $365 after 10% discount for being a new customer. I'm not one to leave many reviews, and I never leave them when I'm upset, but it's been two days and I'm still outraged. As a person that's gotten hair color for over 16+ years, I understand it can run several hundred dollars as you incorporate more processes, but $400+ for what I got is absurd. I will not be making this my regular salon, but if you're in a bind for last minute root touch up and don't mind paying a high premium, this is your spot. What incredible energy and good vibes at this salon! They have every service you need to feel like a queen. I was so relaxed today that I could barely keep my eyes open. They have the best message therapist that uses essential oils, heated bed, soothing music and relaxing lights. The services I have had done there are deep tissue message, pedicure, manicure and hair color, cut and blow dry. LOVED every single staff member, their talents were great and their personalities were super friendly. The owner treats every staff member and client as if they are family, you wouldn't know who is an employee or who is the staff. They have fun merchandise to purchase and browse while waiting. I also purchased new hair products to bring home because my hair felt so amazing and smelled so good. The front desk staff is always walking around to check and make sure all clients are doing well, if they need anything and are happy with their service so far and offering bottled water.
