Pool was small, but fit us perfectly for a couple's trip. I could see it getting crowded when children. The beach area was small and secluded, but service was great. We were upgraded to a King Studio Suite which was extremely generous and welcomed due to us celebrating my wife's birthday along with some other things. Front desk was helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Walking distance to several other local favorites. Being able to fly into Vero Regional and have a quick Uber to the hotel was also an added benefit. Would definitely entertain staying here again.

Shout out to Cassie, Rosie and Joey with Valet who remembered Bailey's name immediately. We were offered champagne at check in and given a nice map of the grounds. The resort itself is a little on the older side but all the amenities are still well kept. With my IHG status, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and some sweets. The room was clean and had a huge dining room and kitchen area. It had all the essentials for a homey and comfortable stay. We loved that there were dog treats and little gift pouches in the reception area. The pool area is big and had pleasant lounge chairs. The gym is missing a trendmill, there are bikes for cardio but not great options. The restaurant we had breakfast at was pretty good. The chicken and waffles was amazing and the bagel sandwich was delicious.

First Nancy brought me over to be shampood and the little touches like the plastic to protect my clothes and hot soft towels made me feel completely at ease. The scalp massage was next level and when they were done he calmly asked if I was ready to go for my blow out and I almost was like "no, i'm so happy here" lol! But then, once Nancy started perfectly flipping and gently blow drying my hair I'm thrilled I continued. She parted my hair and really listened to exactly what I wanted. Next, I was treated to makeup by Chrissy. She is a true professional and my face looked next level! Also chatting with her is really fun, she has a sweet southern accent and you know you're going to look like a GLAMAZON just from meeting her! And the products were super high quality and safe for sensitive skin - she covered up my break out in a way that completely hid even the texture issues.) And serviced by Melanie who has been with me for sometime she knows my hairstyle and she does a fantastic job and a beautiful short period of time and I'm pleased every time I leave the shop. Melanie is very creative and gives fantastic service to the ladies there and if you're looking to have your hairstyle a little differently, she's the one too take a take care of you, as well as the other staff is very confident as well. I walked in with hair past my chin, and out with a chopped up extremely short cut not even covering my ears. Resembling NOTHING like the style/cut in the picture. I don't even want to leave my house and go out in public. Friends and family already commented on my hair, and not in a positive way. I expected much more from an upscale salon. I will definitely never return to this place.
