I called them again and asked them to check what was in there wax and yes there is beeswax in their wax. They didn't offer a refund or to make it better they just did I should try their different wax that they said doesn't have beeswax on it. But I'm not taking my chances. Will never go back there. I spent almost 1.5 weeks covered in hives. Also- the hair started growing back a few days later- like they broke the hair and didn't pull it out. So I went through it all for nothing. I have had waxing done for the past 12 years and never had an experience like this- I will be going back to Waxing the City- it's more expensive- but they use quality products.

They only have one bathroom, though, so be sure to give yourself extra time to use it before your appointment. The massage beds were heated, and both of our massages were clearly personalized with unique techniques.
