I've been a salon fusion customer for over a year now after my stylist, Krystal moved to the salon from another one. From the very start, it's been a great experience. I know the stylists by name, we laugh and have a good time, and their results are incredible. Krystal has been my hair stylist for the last 15 years or so (wow!) and when I told her I wanted to try some color, the salon banded together to ensure the formula was just right. The Good-I have been here a few times and always good a decent haircut. They have a deal where after 5 haircuts the next one is free. The owner has cut my hair on a few accessions and she seems like a nice lady. The Bad-I walked in here yesterday and stood there waiting for 5 minutes. I spoke up and was not even acknowledged even though employees were busy cutting hair. WTF? I abruptly walked out. This happened once before and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I did notice some unfamiliar faces so I'm assuming that these people are new employees. Maybe they have a large turnover of help? If so, that is telltale sign of employee discontent. Long story short, I will never came back as there are plenty of other decent options within my local area. read more

Great salon! I have a crazy schedule and have to be pretty last minute with my appointments, so I bounce back and forth between a couple of the stylists, Dani and Kim. I generally just get a regular wash and trim, and I've never left feeling like they took too much or did something I didn't like. That's a big deal for me because I hate leaving with regrets about my hair! I also brought my mom when she was visiting from out of town and she was very happy with her hair. I'm a current and very pleased customer and will continue giving them my business. *You can also tip via credit/debit card, which is nice because other places in the area take cash tips only. read more

Today was my daughter's birthday and after her breakfast with Daddy (a yearly tradition), we decided on a spur of the moment haircut. Salon Fusion couldn't have been more accommodating, usually when requesting a last minute appointment, customers aren't met with such kindness and congeniality. They took her and gave her the royal treatment and my daughter hasn't stopped smiling all day. Horrible place!! The Manager needs to start caring and clean house of all the horrible employees! (Ex of an employee to keep) The first time I went for a cut and dye, the girl didn't really know what she was doing with the dye and had to keep getting help, however she was very pleasant & I'd rather you ask than guess so I went back again... (Ex of employees that are bringing you down)The second time I went I got a different girl with blonde short hair who was rude right off the bat clearly had no desire to be there, she told me I couldn't get what I wanted done so I had to think of my plan b, apparently that's not allowed (to think) as she asked me if I would prefer to come back another day, which later realized I should've. I did not mind that she didn't "couldn't do"what I wanted I was even ok when she completely dismissed how I wanted my hair cut. However, I was not ok with her talking sh*t about me to the other stylists as she did my hair as if I couldn't hear her and on top of it She left a bunch of hair dye all over my forehead, I had to go to cvs after and buy rubbing alcohol to remove it.... Will definitely NEVER go here again & I will spread the word so clean up your act!! read more

This will be a bit long, but bear with me. I tried to make an appointment with my stylist there - whom is AWESOME. I have never had an issue with quality there - but could not get an appointment. Exhausted and a bit frustrated, I said, "I guess I will have to go to another Salon for this" (it was a blow out as I had an event). Today I called to make an appointment, again just for a blow out. Was able to find a time - great booked. About a minute after the assistant there called me back and basically said that 'my boss said since you were going to another salon, this isn't a good fit, so I can't have you come in for your appointment'. Ummm.... OK. I have been incredibly generous to my stylist - 50-60% tips - so who are you hurting here? And aren't we supposed to all be kind and patient with each other now? Apparently this owner doesn't think that is something that needs to happen. Anyway, I am incredibly hurt by her actions. So I guess the bottom line here is - don't say anything to make the owner upset if you don't want to get banned. read more

I have been going to Salon Fusion for about 5 years. I have routinely had my hair cut by Kristine who is excellent!! She is so talented and it's always a nice treat to get my hair done. I have also had my hair styled in an up-do for special occasions by other stylists at Salon Fusion and they have all been professional and very good. I brought my stepdaughter in who is 5 and they were so sweet to her and made her feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend Salon Fusion and would not go anywhere else! read more

She always listens to how I want my hair and has even gone to great lengths to match the particular colors I have wanted over the years. I've been going to this salon for a few years now, and I love it! I usually see Kristine to get a cut, highlight, and keratin treatment, and she does an amazing job. The staff there are always very friendly. The pricing is reasonable, it's a convenient location on 104, and they always make sure that I'm completely satisfied. Went into Salon Fusion along with my son who didn't have an appointment and was immediately greeted by not one but all the hair stylists. I had used a red root pen on my hair and was hoping the color could be fixed and a new style was in order. Kristine the owner matched it perfectly and I got a great cut and color. Then she cut my son's hair and he was also exceptionally pleased. This is an amazing place with some great people. Looking at the reviews I think someone's post may have been misplaced. There are other Salon Fusion's and I don't believe this is the one in question. If there was any problem I know the owner would certainly make it right! read more

I am EXTREMELY picky with my hair and decided to go to Salon Fusion after I was at a wedding where the bride and the bridesmaids had their hair done by Kristine (the owner) and I read/heard reviews. I am so happy I went! Kristine gave me an amazing haircut!!! I have very curly hair and am always skeptical when people cut my hair or try to style it. I barely had to say anything and Kristine worked her magic. I constantly get compliments on the cut and referred my sister, mother and niece to Salon Fusion. (They all loved their hair cuts.) My niece is young and hates getting her hair cut but had no problems with Kristine (which I think a lot had to do with Kristine's personality). My niece even got feathers and tinsel added to her hair. Not only does Salon Fusion have friendly staff and is a clean and stylish atmosphere but they are up to date with the latest trends and their prices are very reasonable.
