DONT GO HERE unless you want to be taken advantage of. I've been here twice now and both times was ripped off by nail technicians that use their language barrier to gouge their prices up and trick you into paying something for something that you didn't fully agree to. The first time I was upset but decided to try again because it's close to me, and I booked a gel pedicure ahead of time thinking this would prevent them from upcharging me. It did not. When I sat down for my pedicure I told her it was a gel pedicure that I had booked, she then offered me three different packages and I told her I wanted the $60 one she said the words to me "60 for everything" so I agreed to it. When I got to the register she charged me $75 saying that "everything" didn't include the gel. When I asked her why she said 60 for everything if that wasn't in fact "everything" she wouldn't answer me and just kept saying "it's $75". So I've now been robbed from this place twice and will never be going back, and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I went in here to get a full set acrylic French tip. That's a pretty standard request. I paid $70 for this monstrosity! I even told them I was getting my nails done for my 21st and they did THIS!? I had Michelle as my nail tech and I will NEVER BE BACK. This is an absolute scam! The nails themselves were coated with that powder SO THICK it felt uncomfortable, it was super bumpy and un-even, the paint job was uneven and the buildup of paint and the filing dust under the nail that got cured cause she couldn't be bothered to clean it up first? They knew I never really get my nails done and took advantage of that and did a shit job. On the plus side, I went next door to Sisters Spa and nails and there a woman named Amy talked me out of paying for a full removal and fixed my nails for me for super cheap. Paid $27 and I'm so relieved. Please see the photos to see how horrible they did. The powder they use to build up the nail after putting on the acrylics was WAY too thick and they basically gave me claws!! The white polish for the French tip didn't even cover the whole tip. Absolute botch job. Not to mention my technician was annoyed and miserable the whole time, super rough with me even when I had told her I don't get my nails done often. I legit have rug burn on two of my fingers cause she filed my finger more than my nail! Edit: I've called to ask for a refund. Was told that I seemed 'happy with it' when I left. It's called trying to keep your composure after spending $70 on THIS. I had booked my appointment for 12 and wasn't even seated till 12:30, the whole process was a shit show and the final product was even worse. Why the hell would I wanna spend any more time here!?! The whole experience was uncomfortable and awkward and I was trying so hard to be positive to justify having spent that much money. Literally everyone and their mothers told me I basically got robbed, and when I went next door to Sisters Spa and Nails a few patrons overheard my situation and were totally stunned by how horrible my nails looked and how much I paid. It was the most rushed manicure I've ever received, not to mention poorly done. The gel is already peeling off not even 2 hours later. Wildly overpriced for the service (paid 50$ for a 25 minute rush job). The website has gel manicures listed as 40. Called the place after realizing to ask why I was charged an extra 10$, they said they charge an extra 10 for getting "almond shape". Believe the reviews that say it's a SCAM. First time getting a pedicure here. Was asked many times if I wanted a spa pedicure after I said more than once I wanted just a normal, basic pedicure, nothing fancy and no add on's. They were very pushy with spa pedicure but I again said no. She then told me I needed the bottom of my feet scrubbed (yes, that's what usually happens during a pedicure) but when I said yes she said "ok that's $5 extra" ...why? Once my toes were painted, I realized my big toe nail was slanted. I asked if she could file the other side a little but to even it out. She did that while the nail was still wet then screwed up the whole toe and then had to take off paint and re-do that nail. Then smudged the toe next to that so had to re-do that one. Just all in all not a good experience. I will not be back. I came on here to write a review to warn others and realized I should have come on here before going, to read all the ones currently on here. I would have never went if I did! Also- I was charged $45 for a regular pedicure...that's 1. Crazy overpriced and 2. I saw the owner comment on another review saying their basic pedicure is $30. Did I get scammed???? read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a dip manicure & 6 hours later one had already broke. I went in the next day for them to fix the broken nail and was handed off to multiple people. I had to ask for her to reshape it to match the rest and then she put another clear coat on top of the rest of the nails & smudged it with her brush and tried to charge me for the fix. I went back in AGAIN right after to have the rest of the nails fixed and she just scraped the top coat off and applied another one and rushed me out the door. No exaggeration, I had the worst pedicure of my life there yesterday. The entire experience was rushed and the two women who waited on my friend and I were extremely rude to us. My girl asked me to pick a color, I picked one she said they were out of that color. I picked another two she said the same thing about those. I finally picked a fourth color and she said they had it. We then went to go sit us down in the seats and I told them that my massage chair was broken and I would like to be moved to one that worked. They would not move me. I asked her to make the water hotter two times and she gave me a dirty look. They then tried to start painting my nails with a color I did not select. I said that wasn't the one I picked I remember it was number 65. They tried to gaslight me and say oh this is a pretty color for summer. I'm going to a wedding tomorrow so it had to be a specific color and they were ignoring me I had to say three times that's not the color I picked please don't paint that. It was approximately 20 minutes long and I still have calluses on my feet because they didn't even scrub them or let them soak. My tub then clogged and she slapped my leg to take my feet out. I started going to the salon approximately five years ago. Back then it was very luxurious, well-maintained and they took good care of their customers. I remember they used to give hot packs for your necks in the winter when you would come in for a pedicure. All of that is gone and has changed since Covid. They also hiked up their pricing. The bare minimum pedicure was a start of $45. I gave her a $50 bill at the end of my pedicure and she looked at me and said out loud only five dollars for tip. I should've given her zero. This place is a shit show. Never going back and you shouldn't either. read more

The customer service is amazing don't get me wrong. The nail ladies were super sweet and the salon is beautiful. Prices and quality of Service on the other hand were different. I got my nails done on a Saturday but two of them ended up breaking 3 days later. No biggie I called the salon and explained what happened so they said "come in and we'll fix it" got it fixed no problem. Free of charge btw. Fast forward 2 weeks, 3 of nails broke again. As a first time customer I was extremely disappointed.. to start I had a regular manicure and they do not soak your hands in water. They use some sort of cuticle remover which does not work well. My just turned 14 year old and my just turned 18 year old daughters, each got a 50 dollar gift card for a mani/pedi so they made an appointment and everything was going well. So as they sat there getting their nails done, they were asked if they want this or if they want that and my daughter's, who have never done this before, said sure to it all. They each had 50 dollars to spend so why not. Well, when they got the bill, it was somewhere around 300 dollars!!!!!!!! My oldest, not one to involve herself in any controversy, gave her the gift cards, her debit card so they can take what little she had in there, and even her cash so she could pay. They were never once told how much it would cost for each thing that was sold to them and had no clue, as it was their first time, to even ask. They each had the 50 dollars and thought that would cover it. . So this is why i am outraged and not happy. When I found out about this thievery, I instantly thought that Nail and Spa Club of Bridgewater blatantly took advantage of two young girls who have never done this before. I called the owner and she told me she would call me back after she gets the bills and find out what happened. Eventually, and the next day, she called me up and said that my girls were told the price and that most kids their age "lie" to their parents because they are afraid to tell them the money they spent. So basically, she just defended the position of her workers and called my daughter's, liars!!!! I asked her to refund the money, everything but the 100 dollars and she refused to do so because services have been rendered. Being who I am, I am a forgiving person but not so easily when it comes to my children. To call them liars, to blatantly take advantage of them and tell me, after both of my daughters told me they didn't, that they told them it would cost them another 110 dollars on top of the 50, is outrageous. She called my daughters liars!!!!! So if you ever want to get your nails done, or anything of that matter, never use this place. They stole money and took advantage of 2 innocent children, one who just turned 18 and one who turned 14 a week ago. I asked her for a refund for anything above the 100 dollars and she said no and I let her know I was going to social media and she didn't care. It would have been the right thing to do to return the money and now, because she didn't, it will cost her a lot more because of her ego and selfishness... I posted this on Facebook and come to find out, and the post is visible on my page, that this place has ripped off many people. I am all about being fair but these people are liars and if you don't believe just me, please take a look at my Facebook post and you will see that many upon many other victims of this one place, have come forth to call them out. The owner never once said anything to my daughter's and if she says she did, she is absolutely lying. They upsold two young kids, one a 14 yr old minor, and never ever told them prices ever. I had a wonderful experience here. Super clean and professional atmosphere. I got a Mani Pedi (French tips, white toes) for a wedding and the work was amazing! The women that took care of me went above and beyond -- they were closing on an extremely busy night and took care of my hands and toes simultaneously. I got my nails done here three days ago on Wednesday for a dance this weekend. I had gotten acrylics with powder dip. I don't think they used enough glue on them because I had two nails broken already. I had to cut all of them short. If you want your nails to last longer than three days do not get your nails done here. Also, both the average spa for pedicures and the price for manicures together were way too overpriced for a college town. I am very disappointed in how my nails broke in such a short amount of time. I got my nails done on Friday afternoon. I don't know the nail tech - as she did not introduce herself. However, it wasn't bothered. The inside was nicely decorated and it didn't smell like the stereotypical nail salon so I had high hopes. The techs were all speaking to each other and none of them to their clients - except for one young girl with glasses. She was having a conversation with her client. I asked for round nails - and was told she didn't have time for that. So I received square nails - which was weird but STILL didn't bother me. However, I got my nails done 2 days ago and they look awful! The acrylic looks like a week of grow out and is sloppily done. I'm pretty upset that this was my first experience at this location. I am very disappointed. I came in for a dip manicure and worked with Kevin. He skipped a lot of steps including not getting my old dip all the way off my nails and not even putting a base coat on before the dip color. He "didn't feel like doing sparkles" like I had selected, so he did a gel coat on top of the dip. It cracked off in one day on almost all my nails (pictured). In less than a week my thumb has two chips (also pictured). Dip is supposed to last much much longer than a few days. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

I went in for a basic pedicure and I was asked if I wanted them to use a particular scent cream, I said sure....I was NEVER explained that " the scent" was in fact an upgrade to a basic pedicure and my pedicure charge increased by $30, I would say that's a pretty significant upgrade considering nothing more than a mask in addition was applied to my legs. read more

First polish I picked out was $5 more, I asked where the "normal" polish was and was told--black top. I got a new one that was $3 more....I gave up!!
