Love this place. Rates are good and it always feels clean. I use a basic tanning bed and the bulbs seem strong. Friendly staff as well.

Small little tanning shop with a nice selection of beds. At first I drove around the parking lot like a chicken with its head caught off not realizing this location is literally left backside of the adjacent Mexican Restaurant that you can view from the front, so just to save the trouble of fitting in the same lost category I was in, there is that helpful tip. I've never experienced a wait, and always just walk in. Huge fan of the stand up bed, given you don't mind standing for 9 minutes (that's the max for that given bed level). They seem pretty well priced compared to the tanning both I attended in California. Check their monthly specials, I had come in during July when they gave you one month half off. BTW they have a party size dish of lollipops in the waiting area, not going to lie one makes it into my pocket on every exiting of the establishment. read more

Pricey & Screw You on Your Bills should be the name of this place! Before we get on that subject, I've only been in there 3 times for tanning and when doing so they put me in a bed, timing set at 10mins, but the bed turns off after 5mins. The first time this happened I figured it was an accident so I asked the girl at the front desk if she could somehow get me in for another 5mins, but wouldn't let me, probably bc she didn't know how to set it so I could. The second time this happened thankfully the different girl at the front reset it in a different bed, and it worked. Then, supposedly I agreed to get a basic plan for $70/month, for basic plan?! I NEVER would have wanted a plan that expensive! When I got my first charge I immediately contacted the owner for that and the screw ups on bed time. He said to call him, so I did but he didn't answer or call me back after I left a voicemail. Instead the manager who set up my account (for a Basic $70) called me and tried explaining the reasoning but since I said I was not coming in no matter what she told me my monthly charge would be around $10 less. But guess what, going through my checking is the $70 again for this next month! HIGHLY not recommend this place! read more

This is a nice small, clean, and friendly salon. I have never had to wait more than a few minute for the bed I wanted to us that day. I have used every bed in the salon and found them to be in good working order, never a bulb out. Within the first week I had a great base tan. I would recommend this salon. read more

Beds are outdated, no sunless tanning. Prices high for what you get. The cancellation fee is is stupid. Some people don't tan certain times of the year so it really just rubs me the wrong way and it prevents me from wanting to return. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is that its the ONLY tanning salon on this side of Spring. The minute another one pops up I think this place will have to seriously reconsider what its customers expect. Its fine if its the only option but there is a ton of room for improvement...not to mention the inconvenient hours. You don't open till 10? Its just like they give you the bare minimum cuz they know thats all they have to give since they are the only option in this area. Not a good business model in my opinion. read more

Just started tanning here a week ago and I really enjoy it, I am getting married and wanted to tan for my wedding in a month. I chose this location because it was only 5 minutes from home. I read the previous reviews and was a little worried, but I have to say I think they are just old reviews. I was concerned I wouldn't get any color in only a month, but after only 5 days I already have color. The woman who works the front is always there and friendly and there is never any pressure to buy anything, she seems to know a lot about the beds and the lotions. They do offer sunless tanning now which is great to know! It is a smaller salon than I am use to but it is always clean. read more

This tanning salon has the rudest staff working at the front counter! When I asked to speak to a manager the girl behind the counter said, "the owner is never here". The owner husband was apparently there, but I was not allowed to speak to him because she said he does not like to be bothered! read more

This place is not worth going to. I bought an unlimited month just to try it out before I spent a lot of money. Their bulbs are NOT changed regularly. I put a sticker on every time I went just to see the visible color change. I went 3-4 times a week because I was going to Hawaii... I'm not exaggerating .. NOT a single evidence of color change!! I got the high test level package and did the "high pressure" bed at least 2x/week for a whole month and rotated it with other beds. Absolutely no color. No joke. I've never experienced this little of color ever! Don't waste your money! read more

After being a customer for at least 2 or 3 years, I have to cancel due to health issues. I haven't been in but maybe once or twice over the past couple of months because I work downtown and am only able to make it there on Saturdays and can't go on Sunday because they don't open at all, so I call to cancel because I can't make it in and I was informed I would need to come in, pay $10 plus another months tanning! Ridiculous! I don't recommend this place to anyone. The beds are not great either. read more

TERRIBLE!!! I learned I was pregnant and could no longer tan. They refused to waive the 30 day cancellation policy and wanted to charge the monthly amount of $40.00 plus an additional $10.00 cancellation fee. The owner refused to allow someone to use the remaining month of the membership. What a waste. Also encountered waits on multiple occasions. They don't allow appointments so therefore resulting in 30min-2hr wait times when you go to tan. I do not recommend this place! read more

I tanned at this salon for about 2 years. Then AMX sent me a new card with a chip in it. None of the numbers ever changed on the AMX or the code on the front. This was an auto debit. My AMX is set up to auto pay also. I did not notice (during the winter) that the withdrawls had stopped. When I went into the salon to tan, I was told I owed like $150 dollars +-. I asked why? They said that the account wasn't withdrawing. Why? Something about my card, but they couldn't change the card number I would have to speak with someone or email customer service. I asked, why hasn't anyone contacted me? They did not know. I called 4 different times and 3 times in person after that to have the manager call me or give me her number -no number for her-they took messages-no call. Asked for owner to call me twice - took info and no one ever called me. Now - they want me to renew at $50 a month instead of the $20 a month I has - seriously?? I emailed customer service asking to explain a little futher why - never responded to second email. Unreal and they want you to support the mom and pops?? Not happening here! Also - the bulbs are rarely changed and their managers change weekly. read more
