As I transition from relaxer to natural, I reached out for guidance on color, and she went above and beyond by doing a test for me at no charge, which I really appreciated, especially since other places I contacted quoted a fee. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I even tried to tip her for her time, and she graciously declined. It's clear why she and her salon have so many positive reviews. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and truly focused on great service!

My review simply pointed out that she was charged for small braids and a blow dry WITHOUT being informed those would cost extra. Also if it was informed then they need to add it to the service list which they have not. Her hair was already relaxed and straightened, and there was zero communication about additional charges until checkout. This kind of pricing surprise is misleading and unacceptable. What's worse is that instead of taking accountability and improving their customer communication, they chose to silence me. That speaks volumes about how they handle constructive criticism. A professional business should prioritize transparency and integrity and take accountability, not shy away and hid from all there problems If you're running a business, it's your responsibility to be upfront about costs-not quietly add charges on the side and wait till it's time to pay to speak up! I went to the salon around 2:30 and was told they stop taking people at 1:30. It would be nice to be told about policies when their business model makes it seem they have true availability for walk-ins. Wish I could have supported this business, but being turned around without even being asked to set an appointment or anything else is upsetting. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth to not even want to try again.

My fine, thinning hair was made even thinner after cancer - - after receiving radiation and chemo…read more One of the things that make us feel most like a woman - and what could I do? After trying MANY MANY salons, from Marietta to Downtown to.... Tucker!!... I finally found Donna Leverette. (The other stylists seem great too!) Donna was able to: 1. Style the wig that I had for the time I had left to use it 2. Turn my newly-growing hair into something that I could be seen with (without the wig) 3. Ultimately, when my hair grew in, "make the most of it." She manages to make my thin hair look fuller. Which helps me be able to wear it long(ish). Which makes me feel feminine again. Donna is a miracle worker! Highlights are not something I'd ever had before, but the ones she gives me not only makes my hair fuller, the color of the highlights/lowlights really frames my face and makes me look younger. I wouldn't have considered "hair color" but it makes a world of difference. To further plug her talent - when I arrived early last week, I saw her last week cut the hair of a 3- or 4-year old who could NOT sit still. It was amazing. Despite his antics (and a little crying when he saw his hair fall onto the grown), she QUICKLY and professionally got that kid's hair looking great. I don't know how much she charges for kids, but I hope she gets hazard pay. Speaking of prices, I have paid much, much much more - at salons in Buckhead and Brookhaven and the West Side. But no one was able to make "the most of" what I have. Additonally, I am so taken aback at how kind and caring everyone there was - did not make me feel like a freak and nonchalantly brought up ways to enhance myself in other ways. There should be a big pink ribbon outside this salon, in recognition of how awesomely they serve someone recovering (!!!) from life's hardest ordeals. THANK YOU - Jake's Beautiful Woman * * * I think they've been in business for 20 years or so. There are young stylists - with trendy cuts and colors - as well as those who do more flattering-looking hair for professional women. They do men as well, and as I've said, children. But I would unequivocably recommend (Donna) for people with illness, hair loss, or even working on your wig (those things are EXPENSIVE!!!) The business is in the shopping plaza next to Aldo's Italian Restaurant.

UPDATED REVIEW BELOW Welp I came to this braided because of…read morethe reviews and the pictures but there is no way that this is the same person doing my hair. She did not know how to do stitch braids at all . Instead of her saying that she did them anyway . I asked for hearts on the side instead of her saying that she don't know how she said okay and attempted . Very terrible over all DO NOT COME HERE. If she had integrity and said she couldn't do it I would have been fine but the attempt was terrible smh Sagouhi did try to fix it and gave me a refund. So I can take back my integrity she has much of it because she felt I wasn't happy and did everything she could to fix it. I will give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was tired because when I got there she was just finishing box braids alone . I do respect business owners but the issue of quality. I have added the updated pictures

I purchased this hair on 3/20/2018, and this week 4/16/2018 I will be removing the hair that I purchased for $246.10. Upon purchase I noticed that the bundles were significantly thinner than normal, and 3 bundles were not enough to cover my head. This hair was great for a few days, then it started tangling and I have split ends as if I have had this hair for over a year. My boyfriend even asked what was going on with my hair, he said it looked horrible and cheap! When I spoke to the owner, he questioned me as if I am not sure if I add products to my hair. NO I DON"T. He tried to give me suggestions for products to put in the hair. There should be no need to add products to new weave!
