The nails itself came out really cute, hence the one star, but when it came to pricing it was $90. Mind you, when I come in for gel x nails here with nails on and they have to take them off WITH another set of gel x nails, it was never even over $70. So I'm not too sure where they got the $90 from. Anyways, that is not the issue... as of yesterday, A DAY after I received my gel x manicure I had 5 nails lift and come off already, and as I'm typing this a 6th nail came off. I am very disappointed because I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I've spent so many money on these nails just for them to come off so easily. Will have to find a new nail salon.

I'm a cuticle biter/picker, therefore my cuticles are always damaged and I'm slightly self-conscious of it - and it never fails that a nail tech always comments on them. Well Liz did not, and it was such a relief that she didn't even do a double take or switch up her tone. She remained bubbly and made me feel very comfortable and accepted. I got nipped during services because the male techs don't handle women's nails gently and with care. I looked to my left and saw how harsh and aggressive the other nail tech was filing the other ladies nails and I couldn't help but to scrunch my face in pain for her. It was a bit strange that they were so willing to have me sit down to serve us right away considering the fact that they told us on the phone that we would have to be seen at 5pm. The salon was practically empty with only one other customer in there getting their nails done. Anyways, service went on just fine after that! The nail salon was adorable and girly and the staff were sure to be very transparent with the prices. They did my nails very efficiently and I was very happy with my nails. I think the only downside to this place was the language barrier. It was very easy to misunderstand what we wanted. For example, my friend wanted to pay for her service only and the lady misunderstood and charged my friend for hers and my service which was rather inconvenient since I planned to pay cash and now had to Zelle my tip. I thought the nails were too thick but Since I had never gotten nail builder I didn't know. The nails are just way too thick for me. So, I've been showing them to everyone and they confirmed that she did a horrible job because of the lumps and big bumps at the cuticle of my nail. Now I am seeking someone to fix my nails!
