I became James' client because he saved my hair . . . giving me the ability to be seen in public. At another salon, my blonde dye job went awry and instead I had what James now lovingly describes as a color "not found in nature." It was a grayish-greenish color with an almost iridescent sheen . . . perfect for an extra in a Harry Potter movie, but really, not a whole lot else. I don't know how he did it, but he fixed it.
