I liked this salon and was happy to try it since its closer to my house than my normal salon. It was very clean and everyone was friendly but I definitely left with sticker shock. I don't mind paying a couple hundred bucks to get my hair highlighted and cut but I paid over $400 which is pretty ridiculous for a little salon in downtown Buda. I used to go to a salon at the Four Seasons and it was a lot less than this. Overall the color was good but just not worth the price. read more

The salon was stylish and had great energy. Cara cut my hair, and she was very friendly and so were the other stylists. She also did a great job on my hair! I would recommend to others. If I have to be critical in any way so they can improve, I would recommend additional signage on the door and outside the building. Overly priced. I've been here a few times and last time i was charged over 300 dollars for cut and partial balyage. They didn't get the color right even with photos and I had to go back and do it over again. Second time that has happened to me. It's a waist of my time having to go another day off from work and spend an hour of my day doing that. Hair cut was 65 and I just wanted a trim. Took about 5 min. Should've had my husband trim my hair. read more

Very cool atmosphere. Everyone on the staff made me feel very welcome. Hector was my stylist and I can't say enough about him. He is incredibly personal and really tries to get to know his clients. I never felt like I was dealing with someone that I just met. The cut was amazing but the shampooing was incredible. It sounds strange but a good shampooing is really important! I have been coming to Salon 12 since they opened. The location is extremely convenient and I just love all the shops there at the Mill. I never get my nails done but was referred to them for a special event. I wish I could describe my awesome nails, but their awful customer service, website and phone system left my stranded, calling five times and texting three to try to get ahold of someone to give my directions!!! Just had my long locks done at this fabulous little quaint, salon. Rebecca (owner/stylist), was fabulous and so mindful of what I was wanting. Having recently moved to the area, I always find myself dreading the hunt for a high quality stylist. Rebecca is the bomdiggity! I love their option of an automated system to make an appointment online, and then the reminders!!! The shop itself is very comfortable, creatively decorated and it's a happy working environment. Had it not been for my massive amount of hair, I would've been in and out, but that was to be expected. Love this place and love Rebecca's attention to detail when it came to doing what I needed. Just had my cut and color appointment with Alicia Mason at the new location 302 S. Main Street. For starters, I usually am a chicken when it comes to my hair as I am pretty conservative with color and am SUPER picky about every detail. I have long dark brown hair that hadn't seen color in almost 5 years. I gave Alicia a picture of what I wanted to look like and she worked her magic. I got a full head of dramatic highlights and a nice trim with long layers. I am beyond impressed with her work, and will definitely be going back. The salon atmosphere was very laid back and super relaxing. HIGHLY recommend you give Salon One 12 a try. read more

This place does not value the customers. I had appointment at 3:15pm, however, I arrived to the salon at 3:10pm. After 20 minutes, I asked the girl working at front desk about the wait time. She let the stylist know about it and came back to tell me that it will take little while. I asked her if the stylist was double booked, and she said that she was. however the owner came and told me that as soon as she finish, she will help you. I asked her, "How soon will she be able to cut my hair?" However, she did not had a answer. Salon One 12 disvalue their customers time, because after having an appointment, they still double booked the stylist, made me sit there for 30 minutes without telling me about that stylist won't be available from another 30 minutes (possible 45 minutes to an hour wait). They wasted my at least 2 hours because I had to find a baby sitter to attend that appointment. This is the only salon that I know that double books and make people wait for no one knows how long. read more

Still looking for a good Salon in the Kyle/Buda area. I had an appointment today at 1:45 with Barbara because the yelp reviews were so good. I arrived at 1:30 and at 2:15 I was still sitting in the waiting area. One of the stylist offered me something to drink but Barbara did not have the courtesy to come over and tell me she was running late. At 2:15 I left. Will try again to find a good place. read more
