I've had a variety of services done, from deep conditioning treatments, Keratin treatment, full highlights with toning and just recently a fabulous modern shag haircut which I needed desperately! I've also had a lash lift and tint done which was pretty cool. I have almost nonexistent eyelashes so I didn't get the big dramatic "lift" effect but with the tint added, it really made my lashes look fuller. I do have some curl to them now which I never had before so that's awesome. Samantha worked efficiently, professionally and the whole time maintained a totally friendly attitude and really did a great job. I also feel like Tayla really means what she says - I didn't feel pressure to book an appointment, I commented on how my last hair cut was all uneven and I was cutting off like three inch chunks when I left and I know I don't go often but I still want a solid cut when I do and I felt like she meant it when she validated my opinion. The location is convenient for me, it was easy to book, and I have long hair that I actually like right now. I look forward to going back and may try and make it happen sooner than six months.

Now, I have colored my hair before, but was always nervous to do a balayage because my hair is dark. Taylor can make your hair look amazing--no matter what session you are on. First of all- McKenzie was SUPER conscious of what Jasmine did with with my hair so we could replicate the results for my wedding. She was very knowledgeable (about literally EVERYTHING. She is a great conversationalist, from beginning to end) and gives an amazing cut and color. What I love is the integrity. Yes- I used McKenzie this time because Jasmine was out- but she made sure to honor her coworker and book me with Jasmine next time. As someone who has worked in spas for 10 years- this is very honorable. I got a chance to see the owner. She is too sweet and you can see she cares about her business and employees.
