I had a very pleasant experience while visiting Queen Nails Spa. I'll start out by saying that they currently accept same day appointments and when I arrived it was less than a five minute wait time for my appointment. Parking can be a little tight but manageable. This salon is square shaped which is nice because the Manicurist can freely move around the various stations and the customers aren't all squished in together. They have around a dozen manicure stations and about the same amount of pedicure chairs. They also have a great selection of polishes on site (traditional,gel,and dip powder just to name a few) and service prices were similar to local competitors. Lastly, the staff were really friendly,prompt and knowledgeable. Everyone made you feel very welcomed whether this was your first time visiting the salon or if you've been an established customer. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend this nail salon to others. read more

Highly disappointed. I typically go to this salon to get my toes done and I've never had an issue before. This time I went to the spa to get my nails done. I sat down in the chair wanting to get gel done. The technician talked me into getting the dip powder because it was better for my nails and that it will help them grow longer. Unfortunately I don't have a before photo, but the job was done poorly. My cuticles weren't addressed and the technician cut me, there were gaps where there shouldn't have been and there was dip powder underneath my nails, which should have been removed.Overall I was not happy with the service I received. I called the salon when I got home explaining the situation and that I was dissatisfied. The woman (who I believe was the owner) told me to come back in and they would take care of it. I sat back down in the chair (with the same technician- worst mistake ever) and they charged me again because I wanted the gel service done. It would have been free if I had stuck with the dip powder service again (no Thank you) The technician ended up cutting me again on my other hand. Now my cuticles are peeling which has never happened to me before, and I never left truly happy with my service. read more

I honestly don't understand any of the negative reviews. I'm been coming here for over a year and have worked with many of the manicurist. Have never been disappointed. They are friendly and helpful, often giving suggestions for something special. I have thin skin and bled easily, never once have I been cut. (That is why I stopped going to the last place.) Just had the worst experience ever. Won't ever do a walk in unless I'm dealing with the nail tech named lucky. I got my nails done by lucky a month ago and came today to get them taken off. The women was extremely rough with taking my nails off, she use a fake nail to remove my acrylics and went under my real nail. My finger tips are currently hurting. I told her that my hands were hurting and she was hurting me and all she kept saying was sorry and continued to do the same thing over and over again. I asked her to clean my nails up and to put a clear coat. She just cut them and put it on. I paid $25 for removal and a clear coat that was rough! At this point I could have ripped them off myself at home if I knew my experience would be this bad. read more

HORRIBLE!! This was the worst acrylic nail set i've ever gotten. The set took entirely too long, i was there for almost 2 hours. I showed her what i wanted, she did not ask to reference the photo at all during the 2 hours she spent working on my nails. As you can see in the photos the paint job is sloppy, the nail shapes are all different. I would not recommend coming here unless you wanted your nails done horrendously. read more

Giving it one star because it was extremely clean inside. BUT with that said.. bathroom had urine on the seat!! Went in for pedicure and waxing (internet says they do all kinds of wax).. Total cost $28 for pedicure (before tip) First off.. THEY DO NOT HAVE WAXING AT ALL!! Second: had a pedicure and it lasted 18 mins start to finish and my feet MAY have been in the water for 3 whole minutes total??? And the lady cut my nails and cuticles and filed my toenails without them ever even hitting the water??? (Would have complained but items where in a sealed sterilization bag).. Quick job, feet barely scrubbed, and THEN she proceeded to put some kind of OIL on my legs!! So much that they were greasy to the touch and SHINY.. yuck!! Took a picture and I will try to attach it!! You can see the shiny line where the oil started and stopped.. It's been 2 days since I went and half of it has chipped off 2 toes already?? And I have only worn flip flops? DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came here for a relaxing pedicure and it was all of 12 minutes long, all my nails were crooked and I was cut 3 times with a cuticle nipper! When I explained my displeasure the woman got loud with me and demanded I pay!! Meanwhile I'm sitting here with no shoes on bleeding all over the place!!! I refused to pay and she then got the owner on the phone who also demand I pay! To which I told him, no....your manicurist clearly doesn't know what she's doing, and rushed the entire pedicure, not to mention cutting me!! The woman then says, "you clearly have money. I saw you drive up in your brand new car and you're carrying a Louis. You can afford to pay!" Shit got real. I expressed (loudly) that I'm a trained cosmetologist and know what I pedicure should consist of. And the fact that you're assuming I have money because of my possessions is completely unprofessional! It's not about the $28 it's the principle! I had an appointment for 130 for a pedicure and wasn't seated till 145. The water was Luke warm and I was totally forgotten about. At 215 someone finally acknowledged me to tell me it was going to be another ten minutes no told her I had an appointment at 130 and her excuse was they were running late. I was the only customer on a Saturday afternoon with 6 other nail techs sitting around, sleeping in pedi chairs etc. That should have raised a red flag since if they were any good they would have been busy. My nail tech was rude and rough, didn't listen at all as to how I wanted my nails done and shaped. I was going to have a pedi too but decided against it sine the techs work sucked. I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Do yourself a favor, skip this place save your money and go to a reputable salon. Customer service and scheduling practices are less than desirable. No consideration for clients appointments and schedules. Whether you actually make an appointment for a certain time or not it doesn't seem to matter as the scheduling is mismanaged and someone that just walks in will get seen before the person that actually had an appointment and is waiting. Went there for a pedicure, girl was extremely aggressive, told me to relax. I actually went to scope out for a party of 16 wedding party. She was not friendly and talked to co worker the whole time. The co worker spilled a bunch of water on my shoes and the both laughed not making any attempt to clean up. Finished with me brought me over to fans to dry my feet, came over twice in ten minutes you gonna pay me now, I said when I leave I will pay. The man that walks around doing nothing shut my fan off for no apparent reason. I would have done zero stars if it let me. I was going there to see how they would treat my family for mani pedis. I had $2000 for a deposit for 16 people with a $400 tip, boy did you guys screw up. The people here are really nice, but doing something wrong. I got my nails done the week before Christmas and it was hands down the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten - badly shaped, filed down way too short, paint dyed my nails and the clear coat went all off the side of my nail so it started peeling off the same day. They were kind enough to offer me a second one on them when I called to tell them what was wrong. I got the second one, and it is now almost a month and a half later and my nails still haven't rebounded. Not only did it not look very good initially, but my nails are weakened and thin and the damage is visible. I'm still waiting for all of the nail that they worked on to grow out before I get another gel because I don't think my nails could handle it. I really advise against going here (at least not for a gel manicure) read more

I got a full set done right before easter and they are already coming off when i have gone to other places and they took atleast 2 weeks before coming off. The lady that did my nails was going very aggressively and she even caused me to bleed. I have gone twice to this place. The first experience was fine, and though a bit pricey, the acrylic nail set was fine (one nail fell off within two weeks). The set looked nice on me, so I decided to go for a second time. The second time was not so great of an experience. I went to get my acrylic nails removed because I just wanted a nice manicure on my natural nails, and the nail tech didn't use acetone as most nail salons use to remove them. He just cut them until one of my nails bled. It was very hurtful, and I don't think I would return. In addition, the products they use are of low quality. My gel manicure set is already peeling off in less the two weeks! For the price they charge, it should last two months!!! read more

I've been going to Queen Nails for a very long time - since late 2019. They are awesome. I go every two weeks for a fill with gel mani, and a gel pedi. It is always perfect, always lasts, never chips. They always take me on time and give me an awesome hand and foot/leg massage. Great selection of colors. Friendly and professional. Horrible! She cut my toe nails so short and slanted that I got an infection and now have to take antibiotics. Plus they do not take your temp or ask you to wash hands before service. On top of all this the polish job was sloppy. Never again-and more money than other salons nearby. read more

It's a shame it's near by but had poor customer service can't say for 3 of them just cracking jokes instead of paying attention to the job they were doing. Never saw them clean the foot spa before or after any of the customers that were serviced instead they went to eat I'm told didn't even come get her tip which I should've never given!! I generally tip over 20% but she got 15 only because I'm a gracious person! Came here thinking that I was gonna have a great time. I was WRONG! There is no organization system. There are no "menus" to tell you how much anything is... BUT WAIT THERES MORE! So I'm getting a full set and I want coffin and a medium length. Seemed like a pretty simple request. I look down at my nails and see one is curling downwards... I take a closer look and my nail legit looks like a dog nail/ melted... I kindly pointed it out to the nail tech and she had the nerve to tell me "i was just following the natural curve of your nail" So RUDE, I know for a FACT that my nail does not curve down in anyway. If you wanna pay EXTRA For length, shape, and rude/ unorganized come here. Also layered on THICK layers of nail polish to which never dried properly. I'm really not a difficult customer, I usually don't say anything and go on my merry way. But I pay my good money for this, I work like everyone else.
