The lady I spoke to was very friendly and she said there was time to trim my hair. The salon has a good vibe, it's small but nicely maintained and the stylists seemed to know hair. I showed Ana a picture and she got to work. My hair turned out great, it was a simple trim but nicely done. The salon also offers a variety of hair services and even better, they have acrylic nail polish! I was looking for a salon that offered old school acrylic polish and they do, Gel polish is fine, but it's nice to give your nails a break and salon trends are definitely going with gel polish. The salon is kind of hidden off of Tamiami but is easy to find and parking is good. Between the easy appointment, friendly and good service, plus acrylic nail polish, I'll stop by again. For my recent visit, Ana mentioned that she didn't accept credit cards, it's lucky I had cash. Not sure if this is the policy of all the stylists or only a few. Prices are very reasonable here and that's always a good thing.

Aside from the incredible results, my whole experience with Brittany and in the salon was such a bright spot in my pre-wedding chaos and nerves. I've been getting full highlights for years and hands down Brittany's work gave me the best long-term results and grew out beautifully with no brass. Not to mention my entire appointment was under 3 hours even though the salon was busy which was a miracle compared to what I was used to with full highlights! My hair was still damp when I left, completely unstyled, and frizzy (I have naturally wavy hair). It looked nothing like the smooth, finished blowouts I get regularly. I'll admit, I didn't say anything in the moment- classic millennial conflict avoidance, plus I still tipped, but the quality should speak for itself. If a true blowout had been done, it would've been obvious. Instead, I genuinely wasn't sure if the stylist knew how to do one. And 4). not to have client fatigue resulting in sending client off with sections of damp hair that will become wavy. That poor young lady was thrown into the lions den with beginner skills.
