I went with my husband yesterday for a manicure and pedicure at 1:30pm for our appointment. I got the gel french tips and my husband got the clear polish. We were immediately greated with a smile and were sat down. Kim took care of my husband's mani & pedi (it was his first time and he has sensitive feet, so he was pretty anxious), but she kept reassuring him and ensuring that he was as comfortable as possible--his hands & feet looked brand new afterwards! Gwen took care of me and she was also super sweet, gentle & was detail-oriented. I hadn't gotten my nails done in a while, so this was definitely a delightful treat. The massage chairs are a bit worn since they have been in business for some years now, but nothing too crazy to complain about there. They still worked really well, I almost fell asleep as I was so relaxed. Everything looked pretty sanitary in my opinion. They wore gloves, used clean tools, and towels. They were also sanitizing as much as they could at every step. The ambiance was also pretty casual yet relaxing. I know we paid under $200.00 (I lost my receipt--boo), but it was definitely worth it! This is now my husband & I's go-to spot, for sure!
