She proceeded to argue with me that she had already done that toe. It could have been a language barrier, but I was so frustrated and just said ok. When I was paying and the lady asked me how was everything, I let her know about the situation. She assured me that would not happen again and that she would talk to the tech. Then she got an attitude because she was unable to do my nails as I asked. After all that the Manager tried to charge me for for what I didn't ask for. She actually told me to sit back down so they could remove the gel polish. Of course I said, NO. I paid for the nails that was done by Lani (2nd tech. very professional & kind) and the basic pedicure I asked for. The Manager told me not to come back. I won't, neither will my 3 daughters, 2 sisters, 4 nieces, granddaughter, and my neighbor who's reading this review right now. I intend to tell all my family members, co workers, church members, friends, and the rest of my neighbors of the treatment I received today.

There were kids and babies there. I wondered if I had made a mistake but I felt better as soon as I got to the shampoo bowl. Teresa cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and gave me dutch braids. She asked about using products which I really appreciated. I did not go home with a head of hair full of goop, just a clean, fresh cut.
