This Saturday my granddaughter who doesn't live with me was in a bind because her hair appointment at another salon was mistakenly not made. Super frustrating. I made an appointment online for the following week on a Wednesday at 4 pm. On Monday, the stylist called and left a message wanting to change my appointment to earlier on the same day. I couldn't do this because of work. So I kept the same appointment time that she had accepted. On the day of my appointment, she canceled with just a few hours notice. I didn't even get the message until about 20 minutes beforehand because I had been working. She said she wasn't feeling well. The background of her message sounded like she was at work. If I had canceled my appointment, I would have had to pay 50% of what I would have been charged. read more

As I walked into the Salon I was immediately greeted with not only the "WOW, look how cute and cozy this place is." but also by two hairstylists that had clients in their chairs. Vivian was my stylist and OH EM GEE her wash and scalp massage was so very much appreciated for this tired momma of two. Ya'll I almost fell asleep in the wash station. I'm a talker so who knows what I was saying during that time. I had a cut and style and was so happy with her work. She not only helped me out but she also educated me on some hair knowledge because I've lived under a rock for the last three years. Thank you Vivian for the wonderful experience! I set an appointment for my daughter a few months ago but cannot stop thinking about how terrible our experience was. Our hair stylist was Nikki And it was the worse salon experience we have ever experienced. First we had to listen to her talk to other stylist about her messy divorce , then about her new " hookups " My daughter is 16 I don't appreciate her hearing about the disgusting things going on in her personal life. We were uncomfortable and disgusted second the left side of the salon was dirty. specifically nikkis station. Hair dye everywhere , hair on the floor from a past client. Her drink was also spilt on the floor ( slipping hazard). My daughter hair was choppy and rushed . I guess the stylist was over booking herself. I do not recommend this stylist to anyone !!!! If you heard the things we did you would also not come back. I would try booking with other stylist if you can. read more

The last time and final time I went to Tiffany Bowler she fried my hair with highlights sitting on too long due to poor time management. I did not realize how bad it was until the next day when I washed it and thought how much money I spent...close to $300 without her tip. I just had my hair done here a few weeks ago, and I am absolutely sure I have found my forever salon. Not only is it beautiful, comfortable, and inviting, it is filled with absolutely lovely and happy people. From the moment you walk in, it's like you've just found a bunch of new friends. Delphine was my stylist, and she made me feel perfectly comfortable. She is truly talented in her craft, and warm and friendly in her demeanor. I never felt any high pressure sales for their products even though they are absolutely wonderful and for sale at the salon. All the services are reasonably priced as well.
