I scheduled a appt for a consultation and color strand test with Kay, when I arrived I was immediately lead to a chair and offered a drink. I waited a few minutes, which was not a problem at all. It gave me a chance to look at the beautiful salon. Kay came over and we discussed what I was looking for what I had done in the past and previous experience experiences at other salons. She was so knowledgeable and lovely. We did the colored strand test and then discussed the next steps. This experience was wonderful and for the first time in 48 years I had a stylist that actually listened to me. I'm very excited to get my hair done in a few weeks because unfortunately, she was booked. I would definitely recommend checking out the salon as well as booking with Kay! read more

I made an appointment for today 12/19/25 for my sisters hair for her christmas present at 3:45. We drove about 30 minutes and was 10 minutes early to be told our stylist was sick and no one else could take us, no one could cover her and help my sister. I understand being sick but what protocols do you even have for issues such as this? They told us they tried to call but when we asked what number they called it was a incomplete phone number. Not even 10 digits. We tried to reschedule within the next week and we were told it was not possible. No help whatsoever. Bad experience and bad customer service. read more

I made an appointment with Meagan and she was fantastic. She let me explain what wasn't working and what I didn't like about my current haircut and then made suggestions on how to fix it. Her communication skills are 10/10 because she asked many follow up questions to ensure I was getting the haircut I wanted. The cut was great and reasonably priced in my opinion and the ease of booking is as simple as shooting her a message on instagram which I really appreciate. I got a wash, cut, and blowout and was in and out in about an hour so her efficiency is also well noted. I'll definitely be coming back to her for my next haircut! read more

First and foremost this salon is not considerate in terms of accommodating if one has emergency. I have been going to this salon for last year and have changed there pricing for wash and blow dry few times. One should have steady pricing if they are coming on regular basis. Secondly if cannot make it and have called to reschedule the management team does not care and ask you to find another salon. Please don't waste your money going to this salon as part of your haircare. Offcourse they will justify themselves. Thank you but I don't time to go in circles with unprofessional services and associates and who don't treat clients correctly and poorly. It's pretty sad. In addition associates themselves are very unhappy there due to not understanding from management team personal leaves due to pregnancy. read more

Not sure way the negative reviews. Yes. Depending on the level stylist will dictate the price you pay. The higher level the stylist, the more you're going to pay. I have been seeing Nicole who is a level four and yes, the price is higher than I am accustomed to paying, however, she has done a fabulous job. I recently made a mistake (due to being out of town) of having my haircut at another Salon and absolutely hate it. In addition, I don't tell Nicole how I want her to do my hair. She is a level four and knows exactly how to cut to my face shape, texture of my hair (wavy/curly), and when adding color to my skin tone. These are very important when creating a look. Not price or the person you can get into that day. I say, if a stylist has a lot of availability then they are new, or years in the industry not the best. read more

Went for the first time and the girl blow drying my hair had the blow dryer directly on contact with my soaking wet hair causing steam to come off my hair as she blow dried. I found out later this is very damaging to hair and after styling, my hair was a frizzy mess. Won't be coming back read more

Disclaimer... They didn't do my hair. This is a review of the appt. setting process only. I've never dealt with a place like this. It was so frustrating trying to get an appointment. It's always a red flag to me when I'm asked for a budget. I don't have a budget. I expect to pay market price for whatever service I select. This place is so different. You can't just call and make an appt. You have to fill out an online questionnaire and tell them what you need and tell them your budget... And send in photos of yourself. If I could give half a star, I would. Never again will I pay almost 600.00 just to have my hair look worst than when I went in. I went back to have them fix it but after several hours they had to call the manager who attempted to fix it, but without damaging my hair even worst. They didn't even offer any kind of a refund. I made an appointment with a level 3 stylist since the stylist I previously went to no longer worked there. My hair is shoulder length and I asked if she could do balayage to give some brown tones to my black hair as well as cover some grays at the roots. For "2 ounces of color" and to do a root cover up she quoted me $330. That's without a haircut mind you. I said that was more than what I was expecting and she said she could do less color and concentrate on the lower half of my hair. After another quote of $275 I was still blown away. I said I had a face frame highlight last time with a haircut and that was $175. She went back to her computer for another quote and she said the cheapest she could do was $264 for "1 ounce of color." I'm not looking for cheap I just don't want over pay for a service! I ended up just leaving. Checking your computer each time to see how much you need to charge shows inexperience and a lack of confidence for a "level 3 " stylist. read more

Really nice. Glad I tried it out bc my hair looks amazing. Super professional service. Much closer to my house which is great because traffic anywhere els is a nightmare. I bought lots of great products for my hair. They were having a nice sale on big liter shampoo and conditioner. Great drink selection. Can't wait to go back for other services.
