I would need to return it after it was delivered. I said credit me for the delivery charge and tip. They wouldn't credit me anything and told me to cancel with DoorDash. Door Dash said they can't cancel it because it's a Ulta order (which I suspected). After over an hour I got NO WHERE! So now I have to go to the store buy my items, get the delivery and go back to return it and it will cost me $6.95 plus $5 tip. I will report them to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office as this has got to be illegal. Consumers should have rights.

The price was 650.00 plus tax 690.63 it's very expensive but if it really works and does what she said it would do its worth the price. So we brought it home to try it out after charging it. We discovered it didn't work at all, and the charging cord had been unraveled this product had been used. So we bought it back the next day to show her that it doesn't work she tested it herself and discovered it did not work. So she says I'm going to tell you the truth, I've been using this to show and test to my customers and this is the only one that doesn't work. Well we couldn't believe what we just heard we were very upset. Then she says i was going to call you to tell you to get a new one because the one sold you was already used. This owner is a scam artist and she knows exactly what's she's doing. She didn't even charge my credit card, she said I knew you were going to come back. I'm 66 and I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. Be very aware of this store because if someone writes down all your information from your credit card and phone # and zip code be very aware it's a scam. P. S. No apologies from this woman. She keeped saying i didn't charge you what's the problem. Unbelievable.
