My order was supposed to be ready in about an hour & the store inside wasn't busy, so I went in to ask if I could help pick out the items I purchased for online pickup and bring it to the counter to scan out to quicken the process. The store associate told me that this works, so I went to pick out all the stuff that I had placed an order for and brought it to the counter. Then she proceeds to try to charge me for all the items I gave her to scan instead of just going by the online order. I guess she didn't know how to do online pickup orders and got confused but she wanted to refund my online order and have me repurchase everything. I didn't want to do this since I didn't really see the point in doing so. Instead, I just waited until my order was fulfilled later in the day & picked up my order an hour after all of this. I feel like an online pickup order shouldn't have been this difficult & if my order couldn't be fulfilled in time or earlier, it would've been okay to have said so.

SARAH & GINA were so friendly and anxious to help fix me. They patiently explained my myriad of color issues 1-by-1, combined their expertise to select the absolute perfect products (strong enough to do the job, but gentle enough to spare my overly-punished hair), and gave me precision step by steps for each product, including important tweaks & caveats just for my situation (i.e. the "order of go" and to not attempt it all in one day, as I'd planned). They no longer the custom essential oil blends but still have great scrubs, soaps and body butters. I purchased a few scrubs, soaps and hand sanitizer. The makeup selection was pretty big as well. I made a mental note to come back when I had more time to buy some. The associate was having a problem with groupons and asked how long I would be at the mall. I just came for this store but said I would stop at Godiva and come back. When I came back she offered to run my groupon as a gift card. She was super apologetic for the inconvenience.
