I read through some reviews and went directly to their website to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had an amazing experience. And I don't say that lightly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you walk into a nail salon and feel unwelcome because everyone is so busy and focused on their work. But I truly felt welcome there. I selected "random" on the tech for the pedicure and hit the jackpot! Kayla is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable with everything she did. She always asked if the water temperature was okay, if what she was doing felt good. And she was incredibly detailed clipping, filing, and polishing each toe nail. I'm not even kidding when I say this is the best basic pedicure and nail polish I've ever had. I love that she listened to me and understood that I don't like my toe nails cut too short or left too long. She got them to the perfect length and made sure to ask if I liked it. I would highly recommend her services! The salon is super clean, trendy, bright, and smells nice.
