Yesterday was my second visit to Brick Cantina and everything was just as amazing as I had remembered. The chips and salsa are delicious (the salsa is very different from most other salsas, but it is very good), and the queso was also great. Our entrees were both delicious and filling. I had the classic chimichanga, and I would order this again for sure. The service was also quick, especially considering that the place was pretty busy. Overall, definitely recommend.

Tried this place for the first time to see how it is. The first impression is they like their music! Music should be background noise it shouldn't hit you in the face when you open the door. We did ask our server to turn it down which she did which made it a little more bearable but still tough to have a conversation. We were seated right away and our server was at the table quickly and took our drink orders, two strawberry frozen margaritas. Menu was varied and has plenty of items to choose from to please anyone's palate. The margaritas arrived and were excellent. Nice touch with the half strawberry on top of the margaritas. We ordered the beef empanadas and the classic chimichanga with beef. The empanadas were huge and filled to the brim with ground beef. The beef was very nicely seasoned with a lot of flavor. The dish came with an habernero mayonnaise which had a good kick to it. They were well fried and crispy. The serving was so large that there was plenty to take home for another meal. The chimichanga was served on an oval dish with beans, rice, and salad. The chimichanga was covered in plenty of cheese and was a good sized portion. Again the beef was nicely seasoned and fully packed the tortilla. There wasn't anything on the plate that didn't have great flavor and proved to be a very good meal. The seating is a combination of booths and tables and is very comfortable. The inside of the restaurant is bright and welcoming (in spite of the music). Our server was very attentive and made sure that we always had everything we needed. This restaurant has always been packed when we have passed it so clearly people have taken to it. So go early to be sure to get seated without a wait. We'll definitely be going back to try other dishes on the menu.

Brick Cantina is an amazing spot to have in Hebron! It's got a great energy inside, it's always busy, and the food is fabulous! I've had their birria and al pastor tacos, which are both great! An awesome place to eat when looking for a nice night out!

We recently tried Brick Cantina in Hebron, and overall it was okay. The interior is beautiful--warm, inviting, and really well done. I especially loved the chandeliers; the whole atmosphere had a great vibe and felt like a place you'd want to hang out. Unfortunately, the service was a little lackluster. My drink came without the rim I asked for, and they gave my 5-year-old a soda instead of the pineapple juice I ordered. Small things, but they add up. As for the food, it was a bit hit or miss. My chimichanga was nice and crispy on the outside, but the inside lacked flavor--it just didn't really taste like much but dry chicken. Although I understand the clientele they serve..can be tricky. My husband said his burrito was good, but not the best. I think they could definitely turn things up a notch in the flavor department. On the bright side, the chips were excellent--super crunchy and perfectly salted--and the guacamole was delicious! All in all, not a bad experience, but there's room for improvement, especially when it comes to service and flavor.

Excellent new Mexican restaurant! We stopped in for a late dinner on Cinco de Mayo. A large party was leaving as we arrived. The staff had the tables cleaned quickly and seated us. The atmosphere was lively and fun. Eric was our server and took very good care of us. He was attentive and friendly. The menu has many items on it that we would love to try. For starters, we had the Mexican street corn. It's served on the cob which is charred to perfection without tasting burnt. My husband isn't normally a fan of street corn but he raved about this. It was delicious but be aware that it does have some heat if you are sensitive to spicy food. I ordered the pork carnitas tacos with refried beans and rice. Eric informed me that I had the option to mix & match the 3 tacos. The pork was good on its own but the addition of the accompanying sauce put the tacos over the top. The refried beans tasted homemade. My husband ordered the chicken chimichanga. It was served with refried beans, rice and a salad. The chimichanga was stuffed full of a creamy chicken filling that was absolutely delicious! I'm not sure what kind of dressing was on his salad but I could not stop eating it. It was so tasty! After reading reviews about their margaritas, we decided to give the pineapple margarita a try. It was strong! I asked for more pineapple juice to dilute it. You'll definitely get your moneys worth if you order a margarita! The staff here works hard. Tables were cleared quickly. The food was served in a timely manner. They were able to accommodate multiple large groups inside. We are looking forward to enjoying their outdoor patio on nice days in the future. Overall we had a very good experience and will be regulars at Brick Cantina.

They've only been open a few weeks. They still have a few kinks work out. But overall, what a great place to visit. The decor was on spot amazing. The little details on the wall and the color they chose was intriguing. We sat at the bar, which I absolutely love and we had great service. Andy was our bartender and had a nice conversation with him as we waited for our meals. Give them a try that's all you can do. We will definitely be going back.

Outdoor patio was very nice with tasty Margaritas. The nachos were fresh and light, a great appetizer. Our waiter was very attentive. Check this place out.

Great food...pricey but delicious. Service is good, pleasant staff. Atmosphere could use some more chill effect like Margaritas.

Still a 20 minute wait. They take your phone number & call when table is ready. And the wait was fine. Cotton Hollow perserve is across the street, so a short walk over there and back worked out a perfect way to pass the time. We were seated in the bar area - at a regular table. It was decorated in a fun way - fish artwork, a tv, natural wood. We didn't quite understand the surf board that hung over the bar though? My daughter & I started with a drink - I had mango pina colada, she had a drink with gin, cranberries. Both good. Food - exceeded my expectations. I had the enchilada duo. Chicken & beef. I usually like beef better, however I think the chicken was in a mole sauce - so delicious. Husband had 2 brisket tacos that he loved. Daughter had the rice bowl (with chicken). Decided to split the churros for dessert. Came with: ice cream, Carmel & chocolate sauce. Yes - we will be back. I saw a patio outside. Warmer weather is coming

I finally met up with a few friends--one who lives in the area--and we decided to try it. I'm really glad we did. One of my friends is a native Mexican and an excellent cook, and even she agreed the food tasted authentic. We ordered the huevos rancheros with green sauce, plus both the pork and chicken tamales. Nothing disappointed. The tamales were moist--something I appreciate since many places serve them too dry. The only small suggestion I'd make is for the staff to ask if we'd like extra sauce for the tamales, which would make them perfect. Others in our group tried tacos and tostadas and felt the portions were generous; delicious and the prices very fair. The décor gives you the feeling of a neighborhood spot in Mexico. It's not fancy, but it's warm and welcoming. There were a lot of takeout orders while we were there--and it was only 10 a.m.--with people from all backgrounds coming in and out. Clearly, they have a loyal customer base. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions.  She did a great job checking in often since we were there for hours.   I'm already looking forward to coming back.
