First off--a pickle spritz is DELISH. Second--Scott, the mastermind behind this, is awesome and very passionate about what he does. We got to chat with him for quite a while and loved his story about living with roommates back in the day and hunting for the best pickles he could find, since his missed his NY pickles (Scott is a fellow Tri State guy, like me.) With that being said....these are probably the best pickles I've ever had and I LOVE pickles. The whole concept is really cool two. There are two stands at the Farmer's Market--the one by the entrance specializes in the pickle sandwiches and boats. The one a little further back (right in front of the Maison) specializes in pickle tastings and the actual packages of pickles. That's where I always head! I'm a purist and really appreciate their dill and bread and butter pickles. My husband loves their honey mustard. Last trip, I picked up some sauerkraut, to use with some kielbasa that I shipped from the east coast (IYKYK.) Haven't tried it yet, but definitely looking forward to it.
