    Sea Salt + Caramel Ribbons
    Sheila P.

Had a craving for ice cream as hot as it is in the summers of Vegas. Woman inside allowed me to sample the sea salt/caramel ribbon before I decided I wanted a scoop of it. It was a really good flavor, satisfied the salty and sweet for me. There was no line inside and I was able to get my order right away. If you want to sit down and eat, there are also tables inside.

Stopped by after dinner for dessert. I like how there's unique flavors here and decided to try the Grape Nut Crumble. The texture was a little grainy from the nuts and not as creamy. I want to come back and try other flavors!

This place delivers an experience every time. This popular chain has been in my repertoire since the Bay Area. The flavor creativity and surprising mixes keep me excited for more. I've had a goat cheese blueberry ice cream as well as black sesame miso to classic buttercake strawberry and creamy lavender. My favorite is tasting time before I make up my mind on which one to enjoy. The scoops are massive which is why they are pricey but it's high quality product so it makes sense. I am happy to see more locations opening up around the city. No seating available and the lines get long so don't lose patience the tram is all ways ready to make your moment special.

They have super fun flavors and delicious ice cream! The jasmine milk tea almond stracciatella was divine. Interior was clean and the service was friendly.

First time has their ice cream at Sphere suite, even our butler loved it and highly recommended their ice cream. They have a strip location right next to Flamingo Ramsay's burger. It's pretty hidden due to the next door construction, but it's very spacious inside with seats. They have both ice cream and sorbet, in cups (free) or in waffle corn ($2.5), you can have samples before you purchase like any other ice cream shops. Milkshake is $16.99 because it contains 3 scoops of ice cream. 25% local discount on the weekends.

I've been a huge fan of Salt Straw for years but this has to be their worst location. Prices are twice the ones in the Bay Area ($18.00 + tax for a double scoop cone! What?), tables were dirty, they don't give water (but sure you can buy a $7 water bottle with your $18 ice cream? Why not) and as it's a franchise location they don't honor the Salt and Straw Rewards program. Sometimes it's better to stay small and beautiful than letting your brand and reputation going downhill just for the sake of profits.

I have been to Salt & Straw in Miami so it was nice to see a familiar sight along the Vegas strip. The 2 girls working were delightful and continued to offer us samples while we waited for others in our party. Flavors are unique such as honey lavender, strawberry balsamic with black pepper, pear & blue cheese, and coffee & love nuts. I enjoyed all my samples. Although flavors sound unusual they marry well together and all are very creamy. Prices are reasonable for the quality. They have a freezer full of pints to-go along with some retail items. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. It is always ice cream o'clock so stop onto Salt & Straw.

the best salt and straw experience here! we came close to closing but the staff still welcomed us with a smile. they gave us many samples and even recommended some to us. they were so generous and kind inside was very clean and we were the only ones in store. they gave us heaping scoops of our favorite flavor: pot of gold! you'll need to try this cereal goodness during march if you can!!!

Heading back to our hotel at the Venetian when i saw this place, heard the name before so i had to stop in. Who doesn't like ice cream, especially during the hot vegas weather. They do samples here and i tried the strawberry coconut water sherbet, it was ok. I could try every flavor but I'm not that girl. I went with the Brownie, it was calling my name and it was deelish!

Ghirardelli is the only chocolate I eat, sorry not sorry. :) It just tastes *different, and since I was a first timer to this location I had to take it all in. :) Service was OK enough. There was one employee who seemed to be manning the front entrance, greeting customers, etc., and then once he got them inside he would direct another employee to ring up the order. I only have been to the location at California Adventure, so I didn't have a lot to compare it to, but this was very good time as well. If you're at the Linq Promenade, you have to make a stop here. I have a complicated history with Milk Bar…read more The last time I visited, I ordered the cereal milk soft serve because I wanted to relive the Milk Bar magic I remembered from New York. Unfortunately, it just didn't hit the same way for me, and I left feeling a little underwhelmed. Fast forward to this trip to Las Vegas, and after a serious sweet tooth kicked in, I decided to give Milk Bar another shot. This time, I went all in and ordered the DIY Build-Your-Own Pint. Was it on the double-dollar-sign side of things? Absolutely. Did I regret it? Not even a little. Being able to customize everything felt oddly liberating, and the end result was exactly what I was craving. Every bite delivered. It was sweet, indulgent, packed with texture. Bomb dot com. The experience itself was surprisingly fun too. The staff was friendly, and at one point they had hardstyle music blasting through their speakers. As someone who had just survived EDC weekend, I couldn't help but point it out, which sparked a fun conversation and a few laughs with the employees. The good vibes extended to the line as well. Even though there were people waiting, it never felt long because everyone was chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. If I had one complaint, it's not really about the food at all. Milk Bar at the Cosmopolitan operates more as a walk-up window than a true dessert destination. Personally, I think the desserts are good enough to deserve a cozy sit-down concept where people can slow down and enjoy what they're ordering. Still, this visit completely redeemed Milk Bar in my eyes. Great service, a fun atmosphere, and a dessert that finally lived up to the hype I remembered. If they ever expand beyond the window-booth setup, I'd happily bump this to five stars

We had gone with building a pint with sweet cream, triple PB, caramel, and corn flakes. I also got a milk bar pie for good measure. There definitely needed to be something to balance it out in there since it was just bouncing from different layers of sweet. The caramel almost felt like too much for us considering. We weren't able to finish it between the two of us. The milk bar pie was a nice counter since it wasn't as sweet thankfully though still along the same theme. I was able to get through that since it was more semi sweet in this case. If we did have a hankering again, I feel like we'd need to fine tune that pint to balance things out more. I feel like if there was oreo crumble or something a bit savory to counter and change between bites it would help a lot.

So I ducked into Black Tap at the Venetian after seeing a Wagyu burger on the menu. Being a lifelong space cadet in both profession (in my 23rd year at NASA,) and mental inclination (no comment,) I'd totally forgotten that I had a hard-and-fast obligation I needed to get to, stat - after having already ordered the Wagyu burger - so I asked the stunning waitress if I could change it to a "to go" order. The staff did not miss a beat, and a done-deal without a single hiccup and I was outta there. I did not have time to eat it so I had no choice but to actually let it sit in the hotel room getting cold - *gasp* - until I could get back to it. Sacrilege, I know, but... no choice. But even eaten cold (thanks TI for no microwaves in the rooms - though microwaves tend to kill flavor so maybe a good thing anyway,) it was seriously tasty and... a tantalizing draw. So the very next day I went back with no obligation hanging over me, and had the exact same thing, this time nice and fresh and hot. And it was, in a word: Sublime. - Cooked to perfection; - Juicy as small-town gossip; - Exploding with flavor in every direction like a Tears of Tragedy guitar solo; - And from a guy who grew up eating hamburgers that were walking around the pasture just a few days earlier, I can tell you with zero exaggeration that this is some truly righteous, farm-fresh beef. On another visit to Black Tap I sampled their chicken nachos - being a gym-rat, nachos are something I hadn't had in years but... it's Vegas and therefore WTH. And that - their nachos with chicken - is another to-die-for thing these people do absolutely excellently. So now I'm back in LA and Jonesin' in a big, big way and... they've got a location down at Disneyland. A bit of a drive but I'm thinking I could be a regular. Folks, if you're looking for some brews and some truly righteous food done excellently, look for this place. Not to be missed.
