I have a complicated history with Milk Bar. The last time I visited, I ordered the cereal milk soft serve because I wanted to relive the Milk Bar magic I remembered from New York. Unfortunately, it just didn't hit the same way for me, and I left feeling a little underwhelmed. Fast forward to this trip to Las Vegas, and after a serious sweet tooth kicked in, I decided to give Milk Bar another shot. This time, I went all in and ordered the DIY Build-Your-Own Pint. Was it on the double-dollar-sign side of things? Absolutely. Did I regret it? Not even a little. Being able to customize everything felt oddly liberating, and the end result was exactly what I was craving. Every bite delivered. It was sweet, indulgent, packed with texture. Bomb dot com. The experience itself was surprisingly fun too. The staff was friendly, and at one point they had hardstyle music blasting through their speakers. As someone who had just survived EDC weekend, I couldn't help but point it out, which sparked a fun conversation and a few laughs with the employees. The good vibes extended to the line as well. Even though there were people waiting, it never felt long because everyone was chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. If I had one complaint, it's not really about the food at all. Milk Bar at the Cosmopolitan operates more as a walk-up window than a true dessert destination. Personally, I think the desserts are good enough to deserve a cozy sit-down concept where people can slow down and enjoy what they're ordering. Still, this visit completely redeemed Milk Bar in my eyes. Great service, a fun atmosphere, and a dessert that finally lived up to the hype I remembered. Stopped by after momofuku to try a slice of crack pie (now known as milk bar pie). Similar to our experience at momofuku, they tried to upsell us when I ordered one slice of pie $8. She said it tastes best with soft serve on top, would you like to add it? No. Do you want another one for later? No. Do you want some water? No. I was a fan of Christina Tosi and David Chang who say they're "brother and sister", but not anymore. JAN2026 We came by since we wanted to scratch a sweet itch. It certainly hit that precipice heavily. Staff helped us with any questions and had some suggestions as well. We had gone with building a pint with sweet cream, triple PB, caramel, and corn flakes. I also got a milk bar pie for good measure. There definitely needed to be something to balance it out in there since it was just bouncing from different layers of sweet. The caramel almost felt like too much for us considering. We weren't able to finish it between the two of us. The milk bar pie was a nice counter since it wasn't as sweet thankfully though still along the same theme. I was able to get through that since it was more semi sweet in this case. If we did have a hankering again, I feel like we'd need to fine tune that pint to balance things out more. I feel like if there was oreo crumble or something a bit savory to counter and change between bites it would help a lot. read more

I wasn't actually planning on stopping at Milk Bar, but while walking through The Cosmopolitan I spotted a sign advertising a cereal milk matcha and immediately became intrigued. The cereal milk matcha sounded so good in theory that I couldn't stop thinking about it. As a matcha lover, the idea of combining that earthy matcha flavor with sweet nostalgic cereal milk just sounded like a winning combination. There was a small line when I arrived, so I waited while one employee worked through the customers ahead of me. While waiting, I looked over the menu and honestly everything sounded great. The prices definitely reminded me that I was in Vegas, but that's pretty much expected inside a resort on The Strip. When I finally got to the register, I found out they were out of the cereal milk option. I was definitely disappointed, but the employee helping me was incredibly kind and suggested either a birthday cake or marshmallow flavor instead. Since I was really craving matcha, I decided to go with the marshmallow version. Needless to say, it was a solid matcha. Was it the best matcha I've ever had? No. But it was definitely a quality matcha with just enough marshmallow sweetness to make it feel cozy without overpowering the drink. The 3 stars is for the milk cake slice, that was good that's 5 starts. The confetti cookie was also great. If you can sample the ice cream first do that before buying for sure. read more

I got the DIY sundae and it was so good but so rich. This would have been perfect to share between two people. I got the cereal milk ice cream, with the birthday truffle in between topped off with cereal flakes and marshmallow cream. I could only finish half of it, definitely on the sweeter side with the marshmallow cream on top. This really does hit the spot on a hot day in Vegas. It's open daily and hours are: - Mon-Wed - 9am-12am - Thurs-Sun - 9am-1am Menu had a good variety of desserts and pricing was a bit pricey but not too unreasonable. Service was friendly and welcoming. There isn't seating there but there are plenty of seating around it since it is surrounded by a lot of other restaurants on that floor. Got the Soft Serve Ice Cream ($9.50) and it came with a free topping so I got Cereal Milk Ice Cream with Cocoa Pebbles. It was not too sweet and very creamy. However, there wasn't really much flavor so it tasted quite bland but the Cocoa Pebbles added some flavor and sweetness to it. The cravings be reaaaal for ice cream lately! Was at the Cosmopolitan with some friends so decided to treat myself to Milk Bar. It's located on the second floor near Momofuku. I ordered their froyo, which basically tastes like cereal milk. It's delightful! I got the caramel on top as well. They even have combos, so of course I did that as well. I got my favorite compost cookie, which is basically all the delicious things you can think of in one cookie. It's SOOO good! So dang tasty. The girl that helped us was so nice and let me try the flavors of ice cream before deciding on what I wanted. This is a grab and go spot so you just order at the counter and take your treats to go, though there is some seating around the corner by Egg Slut if you want to sit and enjoy. The pricing is a bit expensive for what it is, but you're paying for the brand and being on the Strip of course. Still, I love me some Milk Bar and always enjoy treating myself to it when I'm at The Cosmo. read more

I always make a point to come here whenever I'm at Cosmo. Their soft serve classic milk and cereal ice cream never disappoints. Their small is not that small and can be shareable. They include corn flakes cereal at the bottom and on top and sides of the ice cream, so you never get a shortage of the cereal topping. The ice cream also has hints of salt, which I love being I like that sweet and salty combo flavor. Service is always friendly and super fast. 9 out of 10 there's a short line, but when I went on a Saturday early afternoon, there surprisingly wasn't one. Came here for a treat and had a bit of a mixed experience. The cereal ice cream was actually great, though the corn flakes on top were surprisingly salty. The biggest letdown was the marshmallow brownie. In the official pictures, it looks like it's loaded with a bunch of marshmallows, but the one I received barely had any at all. Ordered: Build-A-Pint Step 1 has your choose your soft serve ice cream, step 2 has you choose a cookie or truffle, step 3 is where you pick your sauce, and in step 4 you top it off. It wasn't bad, the cereal favored milk ice cream tasted off to me, probably because I'm not a big fan of cornflakes. So cornflakes flavored milk ice cream is a flavor I wouldn't normally go for, and probably not the best choice. The staff member was really helpful and helped us choose the Build-A-Pint. I'm a matcha lover and was waiting to be seated at the Momofuku restaurant. I saw a big hype and line at the Milk Bar right next door, so I decided to follow and stand in line. The line was about 30 minutes of a wait. I ordered the matcha cereal milk considering my constant need for matcha. Nothing fancy -- the matcha was already premixed, probably low grade. Matcha on the bottom and the cereal milk on the top. It tasted exactly the way it sounds -- matcha with cereal milk. Worth the wait? The 1st time we got there, we thought we just missed their open window, but the cashier said they were still open for another 5 minutes and he gladly served us. How is this still open? We tried it years ago and it was phenomenal. Tonight was a different story. We got 3 cookies, a build a point, a milkshake, and a small cup of soft serve.... it was $52! We the away almost all of the soft serve cup and the build a pint. The sift serve was the chocolate cereal milk and it was so blah and tastes almost rotten. We finished up lunch at momofuku and saw this place as we exited. I was intrigued about the alcoholic milk shake. Apparently they have two! One is a White Russian and the other is birthday cake. They both have vanilla soft serve. So basically they pour the alcohol into the cup. Then they fill the cup with soft serve. They add a lid and then they blend it all together. The birthday one apparently has sprinkles in it and tastes like birthday cake. We both got White Russians and k was surprised by how much alcohol they put in there. The shakes were delicious. Really poor service here. It's 10 am and nobody here -- I figured they must open at 10 since heck they serve coffee and the whole 2nd floor at the Cosmo is packed (it's Saturday).
