Very cute ice cream shop. So many options! My service was excellent. When he took my order, he asked me if I wanted nuts and a cherry, and I said no. When he was done making my ice cream, he put a cherry on it. He was going to throw it away and make me a new one! I said it was fine and I took it with the cherry taken off. So he gave me a discount! It made my picture less pretty, but I really didn't care. I just don't like cherries, lol. Yummy and fun. Worth a stop of you're at Venetian/Palazzo.

Saw the candy apple through the window and instantly craved it. They do have lots of icecream flavors, candy, and toys in store too. Got a classic caramel apple with peanuts and asked to have it pre cut. The green apple was tart, caramel was sticky and sweet and nuts added a great touch. Ate it outside by the water inside the grand canal shops.

Honestly this might be my favorite spot to go to Jamie was so nice and sweet to us. She gave us many samples and answered any questions we had and to top it all off she was so patient when it came to my kids sampling and picking out what they wanted. 10/10 hands down absolutely my favorite we will definitely be coming here more often!!!!!

To be fair, we went Memorial Day weekend so the chaos was somewhat expected. The line was long, but at least moving quickly. I got the peanut butter cup sundae and it was delicious. Super creamy and every flavor was spot on, just as you'd expect. My brother's girlfriend ordered three scoops: chocolate, peanut butter, and mint chocolate. When she got her cup, there was actually only a big scoop of the peanut butter and then the mint chocolate, no dark chocolate in sight. She wanted to say something, but the line was way too long so she decided it wasn't worth it. But what she did get, she enjoyed. It's a fun spot, very much a place you go for the vibe as much as the ice cream. Just double check your order before you step away from the counter because they're moving quick and not really double checking for you. I'd go back (they have sooooo many flavors), but maybe not during a holiday weekend haha.

Great for a late night sweet tooth craving. I ordered the coconut flavor in a small cup and was able to share it. The ice cream was creamy and yummy. The inside was very cute and fun decorated. They are open late!

I'm naming this YELP REVIEW "ANYBODY THERE?" This was not the first time we've visited this shop. We've passed by this shop several times within the last 10 years. The problem is we always come by during PEAK SEASON like Christmas, New Year Eve or a long weekend so the lines were pretty long but, we've stepped inside a couple of times and the lines were pretty long... This time we came during OFF SEASON so there were only 1-2 people in line and we were next in line... GUESS WHAT? Nobody acknowledge me and my husband. And I don't think we were too short to be seen. I'm 5'5" and my husband is 5'10" All the staff were just talking to each other. The ones that saw us pretended not to see us and made weird ignorant faces. The only difference between us and the other customers is that we were ASIAN AMERICANS... I'm calling it out: either they were being DISCRIMINATORY or LAZY... So we walked out on this OVERPRICED ICE CREAM place and took our business to Cocolini's!!! AMBIANCE: It looked like a candy shop!! I bet kids love it!!! Song of the Day: BYE BYE BYE by NSYNC

Sloan's is a fantastic place for delightful treats! You'll find them at The Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes, across from St. Mark's Square. Inside is bright, colorful, and inviting with awesome music playing in the background. There's no indoor seating but you'll find plenty of bench seats along the Grand Canal. The shop also carries a wide array of nostalgic toys, games, crafts, coasters, and kitchen towels. Menu offers a nice selection of ice cream, milk shakes, and smoothies. They even have options for ice cream sodas, sundaes, assorted cookies, brownies, fudge, and candy apples. I tried a sample for carrot cake and pistachio ice cream, both are good! I went with coffee bean (1 scoop, $7.49), it has excellent flavor, less sweet, creamy smooth, and yummy! The Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie ($4.29) pairs wonderfully with ice cream! It's sugar cookie made with milk and dark chocolate chunks, and Hershey's kisses. I asked Brian if he can kindly warm up the cookie, it was served nice and hot, topped with a big scoop of coffee bean ice cream, YUM! The combo flavor of coffee and cookie is so good! Service from Brian is incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! He is so nice and patient in helping me choose an ice cream, I'm really glad they offer samples and very happy with service, everyone in the staff is courteous and pleasant!

What a delightful little ice cream spot in the Venetian canal shoppes! I am sad that I didn't get to try the "hot bomb" but the ice creams I chose were rich and delicious! Love the colorful, candy shoppe vibe with super sweet service :) Thank you for the afternoon treat!

Was looking for something sweet while walking through the Venetian so we stopped by Sloan's. Overall we really liked it and would come again! I got the Mom's Apple Pie which was really good. Loved the caramel and apple flavor as well as the big chunks of crust swirled throughout. Really good ice cream. They also had caramel apples that were really good as well. The staff was also super friendly and let us sample multiple flavors. Would definitely recommend!

Came in for ice cream but left with a brownie instead. Advertised as a brownie and cookie but I would consider it more of a dressed up brownie. Whatever it is it's pretty damn good. The shop is very cute with pink everywhere and lots of treats, ice cream, and toys. I'll need to come back to try the ice cream. Service was sweet and nice.

Located inside The Venetian as part of the canal shops is this ice cream place. They've got a decent selection. We tried 4 different flavors of ice cream as you can mix and match your scoops and absolutely loved Sloan's dark chocolate and the rum raisin. Though there was a line, service was pretty quick.

Craving some sweets, had to stop in this cute shop with the cute decors. Ordered a single scoop of snickers ice cream and the caramel apple. The ice cream is good, caramel apple is ok, the one at the chocolate factory taste better.

Such good ice cream! It's also a candy shop with a prime location inside the Venetian along the Gondola. I had the mint chocolate chunk which was delicious. My husband enjoyed his pistachio. They have cute sundaes for wow factors, but we enjoyed an inexpensive cup. Fast and friendly service.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

Some other spots in town have similar offerings and may be doing a better job at it. I ordered the J2. Jumbo Pomelo & Mango with Sago ($13.95) to share in our group. There was a wide variety of ingredients, generally tasting quite good. The actual mango fruit was soft and super sweet, there was perhaps a coconut jelly topping that was also nice, as well as a coconut ice that felt snowy in texture, a mango custard, and a decent helping of sago near the bottom. However, I wish that the mango ice cream wasn't so hard and icy, and I was disappointed later to realize that we didn't get any pomelo at all. I really enjoyed the pomelo the last time I had a similar dessert. The dining area did seem pretty clean at least, and they offered complimentary cups of water for each of us after I requested it. Napkins are cheap but freely available, and spoons are pretty sturdy despite being disposable plastic. Maybe I'll come back to this Hui Lau Shan location if I'm around Spring Mountain and find myself really craving their brand of desserts. But I'd prioritize different businesses if I were planning a trip.

Reviews of this Korean coffee shop were impressive enough for us to give it a try. This "hidden" coffee shop had "speakeasy" vibes as it was a bit hard to find. Online photos led us to a massive, unmarked medieval-style wooden door with an "open" banner. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as the interior featured antique furniture, a glass atrium, soaring trees, and a 3-level wooden bookshelf-reading area designed like a grandstand with seating you could climb on. I suggest staying here awhile and enjoy the F&D inside as it is definitely social media worthy and a gem in LV's Chinatown. After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

We specifically wanted to stay off the Strip because Vegas prices on the Strip can be pretty wild, so we found this place through Yelp. The space is really cute and has a cool industrial feel, with books and other little touches that make it more interesting than your typical dessert spot. They even had a couch swing, which turned out to be a lifesaver when my toddler was getting a little cranky. The desserts were good, but I have to say the prices felt pretty steep for the portions -- around $12-$13 for a very small slice. We tried an ube dessert and a matcha dessert. The matcha one was definitely my favorite. It had this interesting French-style flavor/profile and felt more unique. The ube one was just okay for me. And as a Filipino, I have to be honest: putting ube in something doesn't automatically make it amazing. I feel like sometimes ube gets treated as the magic ingredient when it's really about how well it's actually executed. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a cute place, the atmosphere is fun, and it served exactly what we needed that day -- a casual little birthday-weekend dessert stop somewhere away from the Strip. I'm glad we found it, but given the prices and portion sizes, I'm not sure it would be a regular stop for us.

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
