Very cute ice cream shop. So many options! My service was excellent. When he took my order, he asked me if I wanted nuts and a cherry, and I said no. When he was done making my ice cream, he put a cherry on it. He was going to throw it away and make me a new one! I said it was fine and I took it with the cherry taken off. So he gave me a discount! To be fair, we went Memorial Day weekend so the chaos was somewhat expected. The line was long, but at least moving quickly. I got the peanut butter cup sundae and it was delicious. Super creamy and every flavor was spot on, just as you'd expect. My brother's girlfriend ordered three scoops: chocolate, peanut butter, and mint chocolate. When she got her cup, there was actually only a big scoop of the peanut butter and then the mint chocolate, no dark chocolate in sight. She wanted to say something, but the line was way too long so she decided it wasn't worth it. But what she did get, she enjoyed. It's a fun spot, very much a place you go for the vibe as much as the ice cream. Just double check your order before you step away from the counter because they're moving quick and not really double checking for you. The problem is we always come by during PEAK SEASON like Christmas, New Year Eve or a long weekend so the lines were pretty long but, we've stepped inside a couple of times and the lines were pretty long... It was a fudgy type brownie that was extremely soft. It was ok but the ice cream is what was the best. There are no tables in Sloans, but there are benches you can sit and watch the gondolas go by. It's so relaxing and lovely. There were 2 girls there in their late teens working at the counter. They were very nice. The location was clean and inviting. Upon arrival, I saw a pick and mix candy and was sad to see that a lot of the spots had no candy in them specifically the chocolate ones. So I went for icecream instead. I got Tracy's Scrumptious Pretzel, which was tasty but if you can see from my picture started to melt as soon as I left the store. The ice cream also had some whole pretzels in it which can be a choking hazard for some. While tasty, their one scoop for almost $8 is kinda small. Also be aware that if you want a flavored cone that you will be charged an additional $2 for that.
