The cashier never offered them a refill. I thought that was very nice of her. Food like different sandwiches are prepared very quickly. As for the hot chocolate, the worker made the drink with off-tasting milk that I think it may have been expired. He tried to rectify it with oat milk, but the drink ended up tasting pretty terrible and I threw it out. The workers are super nice, but service needs to streamlined. You basically wait until each customer group has tried and tested all the flavors they want until they move on to the next customer. I think that multiple customer groups can be testing flavors at once, with some making quicker decisions than others. Last time I waited 10-15 minutes to be served with just 2 customer groups ahead of me.
