After having our Italian meal, there was a little gelato spot down the stairs. The line quickly formed right as we got finished up and it is summer so people are in for a sweet cold treat. Of course, I go for the Strawberry Mascarpone and my daughter got the Pistachio. I really enjoyed my flavor and I got a bit of hers it was like actual pistachios almost like a Pistachio Butter. It reminded her of Dubai Chocolate fillings. The ambiance is very neutral and gives off a clean feeling. It may be the choice of font on their storefront. Well I recommended this place for the gelato/ice cream lovers of all ages.

We love this Gelato spot in Eataly inside Park MGM! The gelato is rich and creamy and smooth all at the same time. I've never had gelato in Italy, but I imagine it is just like this! We never have too long of a wait here and there are tables there to enjoy your gelato. I'd recommend the Hazelnut!

Agree with other reviewers that service needs improvement. My husband and I stood waiting at the counter. There were 3 workers and 0 other customers, and took a few minutes before a worker acknowledged us. They are stingy on the flavor sample with only 1 sample per person regardless of how much gelato you're purchasing. I don't know why they're so stingy. It makes sense if it's busy and there are a lot of customers waiting, but we were the only ones. My paper spoon went limp in the middle of me eating my grande gelato cup. The sample spoon is actually stronger because it's made of plastic. Rating high stars because the pistachio and hazelnut flavors that I sampled and bought were delicious. The gelato is dense, cold and flavor is strong. The pistachio is a little salted and not bright green which is a good sign. I did not want to risk buying another flavor without sampling beforehand. That's poor business practice because my husband and I usually buy 1 cup each, but because we didn't know the other flavors, we didn't buy more.

Gelato in the donut is the best! Love this combination. I chose tiramisu gelato to go with the donut. It is refreshing after the long walk and brightening my day. I got it right before they would be closed. Luckily they still had one last donut for me.

Located on the Las Vegas strip inside the EATALY dining food hall. They have crepes (yummy), ice cream, Gelato (fancier ice cream ), coffee. You name it. Everything is delicious and will hit your sweet tooth just right. A little more on the pricier end but you are on the strip. You pay more for quality and convenience.

A great gelato counter at Eataly las Vegas. We enjoyed a couple scoops of our favorite flavors after an Italian lunch here. There were many yummy flavors to choose from. The portions were bigger than usual. They also offer some snacks like cookies, biscuits and Venchi chocolates. They have sorbets If you are dairy free! Don't forget about Lavazza coffee for some caffeine boost! This cute little counter was very organized and easy to order and pay. The workers were friendly and fast. Definitely get something here if you have a sweet tooth!

We went this cute little place at the Eataly. The gelato was some of the best I have had. They make it fresh daily. Stop by if you get a chance. The atmosphere is very casual. The Eataly is large food hall. The service was prompt at the walk up counter.

Wow. So many yummy options. I was doing the Vegas walk and happened upon this by chance. So glad I walked in. All their sweets look amazing and I tried the gelato banana and chocolate ice cream. Yes it's gelato so not as sweet but boy did it have a flavor burst. I really enjoyed this. I will be back next trip to try some more treats for sure.

Hazelnut on waffle cone, and mascarpone in a cup!

We walked into Eataly, and we ofcourse had to try the gelato before we left! Although we stuffed ourselves with dinner, I though what the heck were going to walk a little anyway so i opted for the hazelnut gelato on waffle cone. not sure if I tasted much hazelnut, but still good with the waffle. The service was nice and efficient. Casual ambiance and there seemed to be a bit of a small line always.

Cookies and cream with peach raspberry (above) and Pistachio with BananaChocolateChip (so delicious)!

Delicious gelato to be expected. But less than stellar service. Employees acted like they didn't want to be there, no greeting and a rushed scoop into the cup to send you on your way. I'm sure it's not this way all the time but caught a not so happy shift staff.

I was craving for venchi gelato and I thought there was one in mgm but we only found it gelato. So got to try this one out to satisfy the craving. Not bad. Our servers were really nice. Let me try the diff flavors. So if you happen to want gelato esp during the hot days (or nights) and you're at the mgm' this is where you go. (Btw I still love venchi)

Coffee Gelato and terrible customer service.

I just left your establishment and was really disappointed with the customer service I received. When I walked up, the two servers were talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me. As I got closer (since no one approached me), the male server walked away and the female server just looked at me without greeting me. I had to initiate the interaction by saying hello and placing my order for a large coffee gelato. She repeated my order back but remained very unwelcoming. The male server then rang me up, handed me my change, and immediately turned away without saying anything further -- I even had to ask for my receipt. As a new, paying customer and someone who was there alone. I found the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism completely unacceptable. Management should really consider training staff on customer service, attentiveness, proper guest interaction and supervise them to look for "trends". Experiences like this drive customers away, and unfortunately, I won't be returning and I will share my experience with others.

This is very nice and comfortable space. This last time that I was waiting for my family at the café as they were exiting the pool area, I think the lady here recognized me. When I ordered my sandwich and soda, she's so very nicely offered me a complementary refill on my drink if it were necessary. I saw plenty of other people ordering sodas and beverages. The cashier never offered them a refill. I thought that was very nice of her. Food like different sandwiches are prepared very quickly. Having a danish or pastry item and coffee here in the morning is really nice. There are tables and chairs just outside of the café. In a very large Grand hallway nearest the fine arts collection. You can sit there and enjoy your food and drink. It is very simple small café offering just the right amount of items and different types of items. During one visit to get gelato, we ordered a small cup. We were able to get two flavors. We got pistachio and chocolate. That was a great combination. Then, the second visit, we ordered the sugar-free chocolate and banana toffee. That was also a very good combination. Their flavors are delicious. And in case you were wondering, one cup of gelato is more than enough to share amongst 2 people.

Speaking of cappuccinos...they are the best in town. Rich, creamy, and topped with the thickest, silkiest foam. I honestly judge other cappuccinos against this one, and they rarely measure up. Their macchiatos and lattes are just as good. The menu has something for every time of day. I love the French toast for breakfast, and the Riviera Salad is my go-to lunch order because it's always fresh and satisfying. Their paninis are excellent, and if you haven't tried the panzerotti yet, do yourself a favor--it's like a perfectly baked Italian pizza pocket and it's absolutely delicious. Save room for dessert! The desserts aren't made in-house, but they're carefully selected and always delicious. The tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, cannoli, cheesecake, and macarons have all been winners. And don't leave without trying the gelato, which is made in-house. It's creamy, flavorful, and one of the best treats in Summerlin. The café itself is bright, clean, and inviting, with plenty of booths and tables that make it easy to settle in and stay awhile. It's one of those places where an hour-long coffee date somehow turns into two. When a place consistently delivers great food, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere year after year, it's easy to see why it becomes a local favorite. This one has definitely earned that title.
