A must-stop every time I'm in Las Vegas. The gelato at Il Gelato is incredibly creamy, rich, and tasty. My favorite flavor is the Strawberry Mascarpone. It's the perfect balance of fresh strawberry sweetness and smooth, velvety mascarpone. It's refreshing without being overly sweet and has become my go-to treat on every visit. Located inside Eataly at Park MGM, it's the perfect way to cool off after walking the Strip. Highly recommend!

A great gelato counter at Eataly las Vegas. We enjoyed a couple scoops of our favorite flavors after an Italian lunch here. There were many yummy flavors to choose from. The portions were bigger than usual. They also offer some snacks like cookies, biscuits and Venchi chocolates. They have sorbets If you are dairy free! Don't forget about Lavazza coffee for some caffeine boost! This cute little counter was very organized and easy to order and pay. The workers were friendly and fast. Definitely get something here if you have a sweet tooth!

Wow. So many yummy options. I was doing the Vegas walk and happened upon this by chance. So glad I walked in. All their sweets look amazing and I tried the gelato banana and chocolate ice cream. Yes it's gelato so not as sweet but boy did it have a flavor burst. I really enjoyed this. I will be back next trip to try some more treats for sure.

Hazelnut on waffle cone, and mascarpone in a cup!

We walked into Eataly, and we ofcourse had to try the gelato before we left! Although we stuffed ourselves with dinner, I though what the heck were going to walk a little anyway so i opted for the hazelnut gelato on waffle cone. not sure if I tasted much hazelnut, but still good with the waffle. The service was nice and efficient. Casual ambiance and there seemed to be a bit of a small line always.

We went this cute little place at the Eataly. The gelato was some of the best I have had. They make it fresh daily. Stop by if you get a chance. The atmosphere is very casual. The Eataly is large food hall. The service was prompt at the walk up counter.

Cookies and cream with peach raspberry (above) and Pistachio with BananaChocolateChip (so delicious)!

Delicious gelato to be expected. But less than stellar service. Employees acted like they didn't want to be there, no greeting and a rushed scoop into the cup to send you on your way. I'm sure it's not this way all the time but caught a not so happy shift staff.

Coffee Gelato and terrible customer service.

I just left your establishment and was really disappointed with the customer service I received. When I walked up, the two servers were talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me. As I got closer (since no one approached me), the male server walked away and the female server just looked at me without greeting me. I had to initiate the interaction by saying hello and placing my order for a large coffee gelato. She repeated my order back but remained very unwelcoming. The male server then rang me up, handed me my change, and immediately turned away without saying anything further -- I even had to ask for my receipt. As a new, paying customer and someone who was there alone. I found the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism completely unacceptable. Management should really consider training staff on customer service, attentiveness, proper guest interaction and supervise them to look for "trends". Experiences like this drive customers away, and unfortunately, I won't be returning and I will share my experience with others.

We've loved the mini flavor flavors of gelato, although we always choose the stray for the intense chunks of dark chocolate embedded in it This time we needed lunch and we were at a loss at first because many of our favorite restaurants have changed and we wanted something quick and easy near the art power. This café came to the rescue with a great assortment of salad, salads, and sandwich sandwiches all on display so you knew what you were getting ahead of time. I was tempted by the Caesar salad, but went for a Cobb salad because that's similar to a breakfast salad for me with cheese, chicken, bacon, and eggs.. my husband got the turkey sandwich which she got grilled in a Panini style. The matcha had a rich, earthy flavor without being overly bitter, and you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. I ordered a float and loved that they let you choose the ice cream flavor. The ube ice cream was a standout--it wasn't overly sweet and had a nice starchy, creamy texture that paired well with the matcha. Another plus was the pricing. Compared to many specialty matcha shops, the drinks felt reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. Overall, a great spot for matcha lovers and anyone looking for a refreshing treat while in Vegas. I'd definitely come back and try more of the menu.

Before that time and throughout our visit here, the line got longer and longer, and eventually all the seating inside was filled up. It was already a bright day yet the inside is lit about as bright to match the daylight hues. That and also the heat outside made me and my friends come here to grab another matcha as we already had a nearby place just 10 minutes ago! For this part of our matcha run, I got their large matcha latte float with a matcha and strawberry ice cream mix, while my foodie friend got the same float as well only with ube soft serve and a medium-size instead. Matcha is strong and ceremonial with grassy tones that were slightly dulled by the sweetness of the drink; the matcha ice cream had that same ceremonial hit as the latte but the strawberry ice cream didn't pair with those earthy tones very well since it was a different kind of sweet. I also found my friend's ube ice cream the better addition to the matcha latte than my matcha-strawberry mix. I still enjoyed what I had, and the float by itself still hit well. They have a ton of other drinks and even a banana matcha latte I would give a try in another visit to this location in the future!
