As we were leaving I said it would have been nice to know we had to grab our own dinnerware while we had all that downtime before the food came. How did we get so lucky that we got to go in and get our supplies but everyone else it was brought to them. For this cidery we got a nice, dry cider. A type of cider that Steve and I prefer most of the time over the very sweet ones. The name of this cider was Cat La Roux Perlant. This cider as most good apple based ciders should have has apple involved in it as well as a tartness, an astringentness and a dry finish. Like a many coders it is light bodied which in most cases is what we always prefer when it comes to ciders. There are other cider options from this cidery that look quite promising for delivering a good quality product so that is something to look forward to whenever the opportunity arises again to have more cider from Raw.
