Ok....home base for wine. I'm a tad partial since we're shareholders and we get 50% off, but it's still awesome wine. I'm not sure if this is still the case but tasting is free. The only downside is that it's Southwest of Salem, so there's a bit of a drive. Summer, one of the gals that works there, is really friendly and very easy to deal with. I'm sad that they don't have the Sunday brunch that they used to, oh well.

I have been visiting Eola Hills Wine Cellars for years. Really nice people there. As per standard the tasting fees are waived with a purchase. The recent new paint and update to the front is great. Wonderful prices for the quality of wines. The reserves are my personal favorites. On sunny days, the Legacy Estates is beautiful to sit back and enjoy the view. Definitely will be back soon.

Great location and very friendly staff. Took my daughter with us and she had a soda and played with our puppy on the grass. Very friendly and great selection of wines... The legacy location is breathtaking and just as friendly and knowledgeable.

We almost didn't stop based on the outside looking almost like a pole barn. However, once inside we felt like we found a little, hidden gem. Definitely enjoyed our visit here and would recommend to others.

Quaint excursion with plenty of outdoor space and nice views. Tasty wine and nice staff make this a great stop when passing through or on the tasting trail for a day. Even some snacks if you're hungry.

I apologize for the delay, this review has been a long time in coming, its just sometimes hard to put into words. When I first started hearing about The Great American Eclipse, I just knew I had to see it. This was my chance to see my first Solar Eclipse, and the path of the totality was over the United States! But where should I go? Well, I love wine, maybe I'm a hopeless romantic... but sitting in a vineyard, drinking a glass of wine, and watching the totality... thats what I wanted. A couple Google searches later, and BAM! I found a special event being put on by Eola Hills. I spoke with Stephanie over the phone, and was able to secure one of the last VIP hotel accommodations at the beautiful Grand Hotel in Salem. Everyone was very friendly at the winery, I got to have dinner with the winemaker in the vineyards, the food was included in my VIP package, and the staff went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of. Katie the wine club manager (Katie, you rock!), was so nice and allowed Shane to take us to a wine testing at the Rickreall wine room. Shane was very accommodating and even took us to OTHER wineries in the area to taste some of their wines. I think I took about 3 cases of wine home that weekend, in addition to a new Wine Club membership. Every night there was something to do! Some of my favorites: 1. Stargazing 2. That Smores Truck (OMG! AMAZING) 3. The Winemaker's Dinner in the Vineyard. 4. The Eclipse talks during the day, where they explained some of the science behind it. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to everyone involved who made the Eclipse weekend spectacular. I look forward to visiting again.

We are huge fans of Eola Hills. Their tasting room is free and the service is excellent. Their wines are also very well priced with some amazing case discounts etc. I have been here a great many times though and am always astounded at how great their service is. If you are into super sweet wine I highly recommend the Pacific Blanc which you can find on the shelves at Trader Joes or you can get a case of it at Eola for around $70 usually. It is well worth it. We go for the brunch though - you seriously cannot get a better deal. Start out your trip to wine country with all your can eat breakfast foods that are excellent. Their brunch is now year round too which just started this fall due to its popularity and is $19.95 per person which includes a glass of wine (which is a VERY generous glass). I cannot stress enough how wonderful their pan fried oysters are or that you really need to make reservations! They also have a great deal I might try for my birthday this year which is if you bring ten people with you for your birthday and have brunch then you eat free and get a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for your table. Sounds lovely....

Such a lovely winery inside & outside. The inside is quite expansive. I have to say the women who helped me was super nice & very knowledgable. I forgot her name which is terrible but she was a gem. The outside patio is where I chose to taste. I felt like I was in my own backyard so it was very relaxing. The wines that I tasted were excellent. I would have done more tasting but I had to pace myself. They have multiple options for tastings which was great.I had chosen the 3 tasting option The wine quality of the wines and service was wonderful. I purchased a bottle before I left.

The price has jumped up 41% this year and the quality continues to decline. I used to eat at this brunch many times a year and have noticed a huge decline in selection of brunch foods as well as the quality of the food. The chocolate covered strawberries disappeared long ago, the salad selection is now limited to one Caesar salad, the champagne disappeared as well. The apple juice is gone. Inflation is not 41%! You used to receive two glasses of wine with each brunch and now, you only receive one glass and a very limited low quality brunch for $35 a person. What happened Eola Hills? I cannot recommend this brunch anymore; how sad.

    Love it!

I am not a huge wine drinker. My review is solely based on customer service. We walked in at around 4:40. We had no clue they closed at 5. It wasn't mentioned at all to us. We hate to be "those people.." however after no one else walking after us I started to wonder when they closed. So I asked. She said 5. Also she said she didn't mind at all because she enjoys her job and has no plans. Super nice. Her name was Rachel. Shout out to her making us feel welcome even though we kept her later than we should have. She was super flexible with what we tasted and let us switch out a few. Thank for the great service, Rachel! It was so polite to to rush us out. We will definitely be back!

I attended a wine & food pairing special event, so the food was specifically prepared for wines tasted--not necessarily Eola wines.

I like the Pinot Gris the best, but you should try a flight of wines to see what you like the best.

José Cruz, Director of Sales, was in contact with us many weeks before our Oregon visit. He provided us with information about the house, coordinated our personal wine tastings, and a host of other information we inquired about before our travels. We were very impressed with the professional and kind responsiveness to our many questions. José conducted our two wine-tastings personally. Through José, we learned so much about Andante's history, wines, and the background of some of the staff. José was key to making our visit a time we will not soon forget. Thank you, José! The hosts/vineyard owners, Joe Allen and Karen Saul were very welcoming and greeted us personally. In addition to the wonderful wines, beautiful rolling vineyards, amazing sunrises/sunsets, and interactions with the staff, we were there to also see/hear a prominent Oregon Folk group. Unfortunately, one member became ill, and the event had to be cancelled. Joe, Karen, José, and Brandon Correa (Tasting Room Lead) realizing how disappointed we were to miss such a concert that they arranged a special surprise for us on day two of our wine tasting. Joe (on a Steinway piano) and Brandon (on Viola) played a special piece especially for us (an arrangement of Ave Maria). This was such an unexpected personal touch! The entire staff at Andante was amazing. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable. You can sense that everyone genuinely loves being there. All in all, we find Andante Vineyard to be classic, peaceful, vibrant, tasteful, and inviting. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and staff. We cannot wait for our next visit.
