We both knew my hair wasn't going to get to be as light as the picture, but that was fine. After it was all said and done, I (regrettably) told her I liked it and walked out. I had already been there for so long, and I thought I could go home and style it myself and it would be fine. Not the case. She pretty much bleached my whole head except for about 2 inches of my roots. I paid money to look like I dyed my hair blonde 6 months ago and now it's growing out. It's pretty patchy too. After a couple days I had finally cried enough over my hair that I decided to contact the stylist and see if there was anything she could do about the horrible red tones. She offered to tone it, which I passed on. I'll pay someone else to fix this mess. I should've asked if she had done anything like this before and if she had pictures. Hindsights 20/20

During this appointment, I scheduled my hair strand test, to ensure the color would work correctly on my hair. This took about 1.5 hours and occurred a few weeks later.
