The gym is locked 24/7 and only members or staff have access. Although the HotWorx app itself could use some updating I do really like that it shows each level you hit based on how many calories you've burned. I feel like tracking my levels and my calories burned compared to the local leadership board motivates me each time I'm in the gym!

Even though HOTWORX has the same requirements, I don't have to wear my mask when working out. My work out is in an enclosed sauna pod, it's just me. I have tried Hot Cycle (sauna temperature is between 125-130f) a 15 minute exercise that normally isn't to difficult then add the dry heat. It is rough. Like a knucklehead after doing Hot cycle, I then tried hot yoga. Mistake, huge mistake. I nearly passed out about 10 minutes in. Hot yoga is 45 minutes and after doing hot cycle for 15 minutes may have been to much. You need an appointment which is easy thanks to their app and its open 24 hours.

Laura was so knowledgeable and walked me through the simple process. She is so sweet and helpful. I bought a series of 3 and my cousin got one to try it with me. I've has pain for three years after a boat accident and this is one of the only things that has helped alleviate it. Even after HIIT workouts, I don't feel the usual pain and the swelling has reduced. Although the two visits were within days of each other, I'm optimistic that this will last. On another visit, we sat in for a 45 minute sauna session. Pricing is for one person and additional users only pay a $5 fee, so it's nice to split between two people. I will likely try this place one more time with another massage therapist and revise my review appropriately, as I did really like how I was treated before and after the massage and because I came to this place seeing that it has some great reviews. The massage therapist's service--no continuity/flow in the massage, she jumped from one body part to another haphazardly and quickly (within a minute she would jump from my shoulders, to my shins,back to my shoulders), pressure of massage was also not uniform and seemed haphazard as well; --I felt stressed during/end of the massage 2. The massage therapist's commentary--I heard about medication she was taking and then not taking, I heard about her dog, I heard about her sister, I heard about sunglasses she took off a rack at a store-- multiple topics that jumped around quickly as well. 3.Not sure what the scent was at the time of the massage, but this was not something that I preferred--I realize that this point is more subjective of an experience and that others may be fine with the scent--this point did NOT contribute to the star rating. -I got this massage in 2017.
