Day before my scheduled appointment I get a text showing my 9:00am appt. A little later I get a voicemail indicating I needed to change which PA would see me - no problem. I call in, change docs. Arrive at my appointment ON TIME. I wait an hour, watching people go in, people who arrived after me go in. I go to desk, she says, your appointment is for 10:30. I say no, the text and voicemail said 9:00. The woman sitting in the scheduling chair turns and says (not to me) I called her but I don't know who she spoke to when she called back. I return to my seat, find the voicemail that says 9:00, go up and show the desk clerk and the scheduling woman doesn't let me finish and says AGAIN, not to me, I CALLED HER IT WAS 10:30! Here's the thing, I'm going to wait no matter what, I need the meds and blood draw. We all make mistakes, myself included, a little courtesy from either clerk, an apology, (sorry for the confusion) would have been appreciated. I work in customer service and the attitude, tone, and behavior of the scheduling woman would be something they could be fired for at another institution . To have that experience at the doctor is enough to give me pause to change doctors. Very disappointing and leaves a very bad taste in regards to this office.

Never addressed anything within lab results. The one time he did address lab results in detail, he told me a normal lab was abnormal and never addressed the results that were truly abnormal. He caused an me an exuberant amount of bills over a short period that did not remotely address my health concern that got me involved with him to begin with. This went on over the course of 4 months. Eventually communication became non-existence I guess because his plot to bank off of me failed because he literally ran me into a place of insolvency. A quality appointment could have prevented this. Not to mention he was late to a few of the meetings. This is my experience and I was disappointed.

This time, they were beyond rude to my parents, who are elderly and prefer speaking Vietnamese. The front desk acted like they were above everyone else, showing a clear lack of patience and respect. It took two weeks just to refill a prescription and three weeks (with multiple reminder calls) to get a referral that we still haven't received. Completely unacceptable. Bottom line: the front desk is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful--especially toward older patients. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

They act entitled, like being a nurse makes them superior to the patients they're supposed to care for. My mom has a herniated disc and has been in pain for over a month. She asked four times for a referral and called multiple times for her annual checkup results -- no one followed up. The most frustrating part? The clinic never even bothered to call my parents about their results. They just waited until I, the daughter, had to chase them down and push for answers. When I called again, Nurse Cam denied my mom ever called -- which is untrue. I have the phone call history to prove it. Instead of helping, she refused to let me speak to the NP and told me to wait another 2 weeks for the referral. Then, she told the NP that I was "mean" to her. The NP ended up calling my mom -- not to check on her pain -- but to complain about me and tell her to tell me to be nicer. That's unacceptable. If the front desk had done their job, I wouldn't have had to step in. I wasn't rude -- I was advocating for my mom who could barely walk due to the pain. This clinic's delay, dishonesty, and complete lack of compassion are shocking. A month-long wait for a referral, no follow-up on checkup results, and disrespect toward elderly and non-English-speaking patients is not just bad service -- it's negligent. If you want your family members to be treated with dignity and timely care, I recommend going somewhere else.

If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. Thank God open enrollment is back so I can switch insurance and get back to a real Dr office. I've had better care and compassion at a free mental health clinic in the hood. Without insurance the doctor consultation was $55 and we paid another $20 for a urine exam. They were upfront about costs and asked first before preforming anything that would require additional fees. They did not accept care-credit at the time of our visit.
