The 1st time we went to the restaurant we were seated right away but 15 minutes later no one approached our table even though waitresses walked past us several times. We got up and walked out. We tried again the very next night because hubby was in the mood for prime rib. We were seated right away by Jenna. We explained what had happened the night before. She very graciously apologized. Had 2 guys next to me who got drinks and appetizers before I was even acknowledged. Just lose that spot vs ignoring your customers. Disappointing! read more

There was a longer wait than I'd like before being approached but once we got rolling, Jonas was all over great service and took care of us well! As I sat there, I thought, this cat reminds of a server we had some time ago. So I looked up past reviews and sure enough, a year ago I left a raving review of his service! One, for a server to continue to serve at one place for over year is rare! Two, for that server to continue to serve with the same consistency is even more rare! The service from Samuel who was working his second day was really good. If I didn't know he was new I wouldn't have known it at all. The added attention from other employees including the hostess and manager on duty was excellent too. My only complaint was that they brought the entree a little too soon. We we're still working on our appetizer and salad. So when we got to the entree it was no longer hot. This was the first time anything like that has happened so I believe it to be an isolated case. The flavor of the food was still very good. It would have been better had it been hot. We didn't say anything to them since it was isolated , but may bring it up the next time we go so that the timing will be better. We always enjoy the ambiance. read more

When hostess finally acknowledged us, she said they didn't have any available tables, I was at a loss for words and left! We went for dinner, not expecting anything great, after the last experience we had here, but so glad we gave it another try. Our food was delicious and Madison was our server and she did great. My husband ordered a ribeye steak, it was cooked just right and I ordered the hill salad and enjoyed it very much. I also ordered the brisket queso and chips and they were wonderful as well.
