Our meals came out before the appetizer, once they finally came out, they were COLD! They were out of A LOT of Products. I ordered a custom boil and was very specific about the mixture of 2 sauces I wanted, and it still was not right. The server had no Idea about their own happy hour specials. The food was decent. It would be nice if they'd give you some extra seasonings and butter. The service was ehh but I understand, they had two people working the floor, the bar, and outside. HONEST REVIEW! Crab city was pretty dope. drinks were good, food was good and service was great! Our server was melanie and she was super sweet and attended to us like a G. Food is pretty good the extra spicy has a great spice level; the amount is perfect and filling . Appetizers are mediocre but you don't really go there for that. Only reason it's not high is because we went on a Sunday it wasn't busy and only one worker. Everything was fine until we got out boil and it had THREE long hairs I'm not talking eyebrow I'm saying something plucked straight from the scalp. Was pretty gross and everyone can agree if you get a new batch still doesn't make up for the uneasy feeling. But nevertheless we got new batch and before check I asked for some discount or something because at that point you're starving already got drinks appetizers and the foods ruined. But server quickly got attitude saying I got a new batch so there shouldn't be an issue. As if it is my fault there was a hair. She asks if it's fine to not get one as she walking away. I say not really joking because nothing else I can do at that point lighten the mood . But she quickly turns around and sighs and says fine I'll give you 10% storms off. My husband and I went there on Friday at 5:30. Three tables with a total of 5 people and two at the bar. Server noticed us come in but she was too busy to just tell us to grab a seat. She said please wait to be seated when there were several tables empty. My husband is disabled and it hard for him to stand for long period of time or get up off of the low bench they have in the waiting area. Finally, she told us to sit at one of the first tables. I said you could have had us sit down when we first came in. She rudely said, We only have one server right now. We got up a left. We didn't expect to be served right away but we did need a place to sit. Never again and we love the food there. read more

The only reason I would go back is for Krystal! Me and my family ordered a Wok gooooo cheeseburger, sausage and shrimp, noodles, garlic, Parmesan oysters, 6 pounds of crawfish and half a dozen oysters. When the garlic Parmesan oysters came out, they were cold, when my sisters burger came out it was missing the hamburger patty but the fries were delicious, the 6 pounds of crawfish that me and my nephew ordered we're over cooked and just mushy as heck, the raw oyster that I ordered or excellent though.. Krystal made everything better. She was awesome during this whole thing. I would definitely recommend her, but as for my first experience here it was not great. Wings were a 10/10 with a great flavor that was very prominent! fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked, great overall experience!
