We came to Saltimbocca for lunch as a family of four (including two teens), and it was a great experience. The restaurant wasn't completely full--maybe around 18 people--which made for a relaxed atmosphere and just the right pace of service.
Now, let's talk about the carbonara -- absolutely wonderful! We ordered two carbonaras, one fettuccine pomodoro, a Caprese salad, and a Sprite. Everything was fresh and tasty, but the carbonara truly stole the show. Creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
Prices were very reasonable, especially compared to many tourist traps in the area. Great value for quality food and service.
Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a solid Roman meal without the crowd or inflated prices! read more
