Since it was dinner time, I searched Yelp for restaurants and discovered many are inside the casino and most were closed on Tuesdays. The few exceptions were fast food joints, several Mexican joints, and Habibis. I chose Habibis and liked it so much that I convinced my team to come back the next day for lunch. It is that good. For dinner, I had beef kabobs. They were among the best kabobs I have ever had. Tender pieces of beef flavored and cooked perfectly. Yes, please. For lunch, I had the combo shawarma and gyro plate. It was as good as the beef and among the best that I have ever had. Would I go back to Marksville just to eat here? Probably not, there is not much else to do in town if you don't enjoy casinos.
