On top of that, the rates keep increasing. My premium has gone up approximately 15% every six months, which is ridiculous considering how poor the customer service has been. I understand that insurance rates can change, but consistently increasing premiums while taking weeks to respond to customers is unacceptable. If you're paying more and more, you should at least be able to expect timely and reliable communication. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the continued rate increases.
