It takes them weeks to respond to emails, often requiring multiple follow-ups before finally getting a response. I emailed them on July 25 and finally got a response a month later on August 24. Communication is painfully slow and makes you feel like you're not a priority. On top of that, the rates keep increasing. My premium has gone up approximately 15% every six months, which is ridiculous considering how poor the customer service has been. I understand that insurance rates can change, but consistently increasing premiums while taking weeks to respond to customers is unacceptable. If you're paying more and more, you should at least be able to expect timely and reliable communication. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the continued rate increases. read more

I gave Benny all the information he requested via our email communications in order to find a carrier and quotes. After a couple of weeks without any response from this Farmers agency, I spoke to Benny again asking if he was getting quotes. He told me it will take up to three weeks for them to get quotes. Yes, really, three weeks! Well, six weeks later and they simply ghosted me. Never said anything about not being able to find any of their affiliate carriers or Farmers willing to quote or write the policies. No email, no phone call, just left me hanging. Don't rely on this agency if you need to find a policy, they'll blow you off as your existing policy expires. Aaron, If you can't quote let us know so we can find policies elsewhere.
