I spoke to Benny Yu, Aaron Thach's team member about two new home owners policies in Pacifica. I gave Benny all the information he requested via our email communications in order to find a carrier and quotes. After a couple of weeks without any response from this Farmers agency, I spoke to Benny again asking if he was getting quotes. He told me it will take up to three weeks for them to get quotes. Yes, really, three weeks! Well, six weeks later and they simply ghosted me. Never said anything about not being able to find any of their affiliate carriers or Farmers willing to quote or write the policies. No email, no phone call, just left me hanging. Don't rely on this agency if you need to find a policy, they'll blow you off as your existing policy expires. Aaron, If you can't quote let us know so we can find policies elsewhere. Zero communication skills. If you need to use Farmers, find another agency to work with. read more

When was the last time you missed a payment , which would have sorted itself out, had no fees or pressers, and still the Representative called and explained the whole situation succinctly and confidently? never ? Aaron was in charge of my policy. Upon cancellation, I had an email from him that says that ) owe 0.00. Two months later I get a credit collection notice. I called Aaron to ask him about it. He said he is not responsible for it and that there is nothing he can do. I referenced him the email he wrote me and he said that he can't help me and hung up the phone! I would not deal with someone that can not take responsibility for the work they are doing with clients and assurances they are making.
