I spoke to Benny Yu, Aaron Thach's team member about two new home owners policies in Pacifica. I gave Benny all the information he requested via our email communications in order to find a carrier and quotes. After a couple of weeks without any response from this Farmers agency, I spoke to Benny again asking if he was getting quotes. He told me it will take up to three weeks for them to get quotes. Yes, really, three weeks! Well, six weeks later and they simply ghosted me. Never said anything about not being able to find any of their affiliate carriers or Farmers willing to quote or write the policies. No email, no phone call, just left me hanging. Don't rely on this agency if you need to find a policy, they'll blow you off as your existing policy expires. Aaron, If you can't quote let us know so we can find policies elsewhere. He said he is not responsible for it and that there is nothing he can do. I referenced him the email he wrote me and he said that he can't help me and hung up the phone! I would not deal with someone that can not take responsibility for the work they are doing with clients and assurances they are making.
