Nice and crispy on the outside and not dry on the inside. The batter had a fantastic texture and unlike lots of places, would not fall off the shrimp when a bite was taken. Very nice. The fries again, fried just right. Nice and crisp on the outside with a nice golden color to them. Being that this was a hotel restaurant, I was not expecting such wonderful food.
