As someone who did not have a strong foundation in the gym, I was looking for a trainer who could create a bespoke program and help me master form from the ground up. From day one, Whitney was encouraging, thorough, and helped me feel welcome in an environment that had at one time brought me a lot of anxiety. She was able to diagnose the muscular imbalances that were causing pain, and we set out on a routine that truly transformed my life! I, like many of us, spend a lot of time working on a computer and my posture really suffered from it. Whitney focused on strengthening and lengthening muscles that were previously pulling my head and shoulders forward, which has reduced a ton of neck & upper back discomfort and improved my posture overall. She also helped me build strength and better muscular balance throughout my lower body and abdomen. Over the 7 months we worked together, I lost 30 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle, while also eliminating the lower back pain I had been struggling with for years. The meals from Pranaful were the freshest tastiest meals I've ever had while on a work trip. Working with Meredith was one of the best decisions I made.
