She also used to do tai massage which is what my body needed. Michele went above and beyond for me. There were a handful of time that I couldn't get down the stairs at my house to get to her for my appointment and on those days she would come to me and provide in home services. When Michele retired I was Aleppo's who I would be seeing next. Turns out that my new to me current therapist Jake is a close second to Michele and the services she provided. I have severe osteoarthritis in my right knee and use a walker. Jake meets me outside when I arrive and carries my walker in and makes sure that I'm settled before he steps out. After he carries my walker up the stairs and puts it in my car for me. The first time I was Jake the pressure was great, firm and the way that I like it. However, even though I have been getting massages since my teenage years I left and the next day I reached out to the owner Jeanie about the pain I was experiencing and the fact that my mobility was worse. She listened and sent Jake out to my house to give me a more gentle relaxation massage. While talking to Jeanie she said the pain is likely due to the fact that I haven't had consistent massage for a few years. She gifted me a free massage every week until the end of the year! Now that's what I call excellent customer service!!! If you need a massage I would recommend this practice. I've been a client since 2015 and won't go anywhere else!

I have lived with back pain for years, and am always looking for a massage therapist who can actually find and work out those tricky little muscles that send my entire back, neck and shoulders into spasm and pain. Usually this involves me having to say, "a little higher" or "you just had it..." but not this time. Furthermore, every time I get a massage, I ask the therapist to work as deep as possible. They all say they can, but few really do. Diane was different on both counts. First of all, I didn't have to TELL her where to find those tricky spots. She honed in on them right away. Then, she did an amazing job working them through. Ah, sweet relief. I walked out of her office (located in a very nice therapy office not far from the Macy's exit in Bedford) feeling better, and in less pain, than I've been in years. I found Diane Rondeau when I bid on a 3-pack of massages at a Girls Inc. fundraiser. That was the best charitable giving I've ever done.
