After three months of silence, we had no choice but to dispute the charge through our credit card company. Only then did we receive a response -- informing us that we had been banned as a result of the chargeback. Pursuing a dispute was not our preferred course of action, but we were left with no other recourse for a service we paid for and never received. To ban a customer for seeking a refund on an undelivered service is, frankly, unprofessional and unacceptable. From receiving the quote all the way to the finalization of the gallery, she never stopped answering questions and always had recommendations to make everything better and smoother. 2. She is based in LA / OC County, I did request her to come out to Northern San Diego County. I had chosen one spot for the proposal. Whether you're in California or New Mexico or somewhere in-between shooting with him: he knows someone who can help you with hair, make-up, and those folks usually know where all the dope clothing is at. One was for my boyfriends-eyes-only, so I will not repost those pictures. His rates vary based on how many outfit changes, location changes, and hours you want. His team of people who help with hair and makeup are a separate cost.
