We filled our swimming pool for the first time this April. Bill and his team delivered 25,000 gallons with pump and hose. They worked through a very difficult schedule due to issues with the pool. Apparently Samantha Springs is no more. Just got our 1st delivery we had signed up with them for, only weeks ago, and it was Sparkletts that showed up, not Samantha Springs! Big surprise #1. The delivery guys dropped off a letter saying Samantha Springs sold out to someone doing business as Sparkletts. Big surprise #2. The water bottles dropped off are labeled Sparkletts. So, is this now just big corporate filtered city water from somewhere? What we purchased was spring water from Keller. I have no idea where this stuff comes from. Bartlett's apparently delivers radiated and filtered water: that is NOT spring water! Not cool, Samantha Springs. Very not cool. read more

Business customer- They set us up quickly and easily, it only took a couple days to get our dispenser and our jugs. They emailed us a yearly scheduled as to when to expect deliveries and so far have been on time for all of them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have never left a bad review before. I truly hate to leave them. This is the first time I have ever felt it appropriate. I ordered from here for a year and cancelled when I moved. CANCELLED. I was gone for over a year or more never hearing from them or getting bills. Then out of the blue they say I owe them money for this whole time. The house they say they've been delivering to is FORECLOSED ON. Empty. Where has the water been going and why are they just now contacting me? With barely any communication they discounted me like $40 bucks but what good is that when this is so insanely crazy? So sad to give a 2 star review. Water is excellent. Home delivery service is unreliable and billing is inaccurate. When you call you get told it will all be taken care of and then no follow thru. We have used Samantha Springs for home delivery for at least 2 years. Prior to that we bought it by the case at Wal-Mart. We love the water for it's flavor and quality. Tastes like the artesian water I grew up drinking. Also, our dogs had issues drinking city/tap water but have not had problems since drinking this spring water. Service has improved substantially within the last year and the young men who deliver are professional and friendly. We have referred neighbors and friends who have commented on the great taste of the water while visiting... being a true southerner, we drink and serve a lot of sweet tea (with stevia) and everyone thinks mine is the best... stay healthy my friends! read more

I've called 5 times to get home delivery. Margaret is nice on the phone but doesn't return calls. She seems concerned and promises to get someone to call me to set things up but nothing happens. I've bought their water at wal Mart and it's good but the home delivery service is unprofessional. I can't even get it set up. read more

Do not use this company. They sent us invoices stating we had a balance. We cancelled service long before and had no reason for this hill. When question there wasn't a legitimate answer given. Took them THREE MONTHS to return a phone call. Water was not drinkable either. Taste was horrible. Tap water is better.l than Samantha Springs water AND customer service. I am not happy with Samantha Springs at all. From the beginning I had to call and ask for a water delivery. I didn't receive one for almost 3 months. The driver would leave a note stating that he "attempted" a delivery at a time I was there , false. The company then recently sent an email stating , " Please contact **** at Samantha Springs to update your address and phone number. You are currently renting a bottled water cooler and we need to know where it has been moved to or need to schedule the pick up or return of the equipment. 817-379-9949 ". I've been in the same location for 2 years. I changed my business number , but alerted the business of the change. I'm highly offended by the email and I will no longer be doing business with this company. If I could leave " no star " , I would. read more

These yoyos would not give us our water delivery dates and I have a dispute over billing charges with them right now. They don't return phone calls nor will they call you when they say they will.........utterly ridiculous and annoying office help !!! I would fire the entire staff if I was the owner. read more

Although they have great prices, the Customer Service and Delivery is horrible. I have used them for 7 months now, and am set up on a monthly delivery service, and have not received water on time once. I have to call and request delivery every month, although I am given a delivery date 3 months in advance. I ran out of water at my Business again today ( they were supposed to deliver 2 days ago) so I called Customer Service to make sure it would be delivered that day, and was told yes, it would be, the driver was in route. Still no water or phone call 4 days later. Safe to say, I will be canceling my service on Monday, and going with someone more reliable. read more

They double billed me. When I cancelled, they sent a rude guy to repossess the water I had already paid for. I didn't like that they are doing all the fracking around Keller pumping fracking chemicals into the ground. Just didn't feel safe after I learned about that. read more
