I want to make sure I get this review right. There are 2 parts to this review. First, the water and business itself. Second, the service and employees. The water is great and the way they clean the bottles is really advanced using ozone. The prices are cheap, we fill 4 2 gallon jugs and it only costs $3.60! The store is small and pretty clean, nothing exceptional. The service is absolutely horrid! The young man that is always working there is extremely rude! Basically, he won't even talk to you. He doesn't even say "hello" when you walk into the store. You can ask him questions and he just ignores you! Basically the only words he will say is the total price. Unfortunately my wife seems to feel that this is the best place for water. I refuse to go there anymore! I guess if you want good, clean, cheap water and want to be treated horribly this is the place for you! read more

Okay, so maybe I'm a bit biased about this place. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I know the owner and employees. Maybe it's because I'm actually, er, kind of related to them. But that's beside the point. The place sells water that has been filtered, re-filtered, then triple filtered so that it tastes like liquid fresh air. You can get cute bamboo shoots (courtesy a la the owner) as well as cheap jewelry and snowcones. There's a little vending thing outside so if you go after hours you can help yourself (after inserting coins, of course) to some water to water yourself, your children, or your plants. If you love your plants enough to give them triple filtered liquid fresh air, of course. Oh yes. Please be nice to the employees. Thanks :) read more

We have been buying expensive one-use bottles of alkaline water to drink and refilling big jugs of filtered water for the coffee pot for years. No more since we found this place! We bought several 5 gallon jugs from them to supplement our stash of jugs and now we go every couple weeks to fill up on both alkaline and filtered water. The prices on the jugs and the water are super competitive! Everyone we've met has been very nice and will help you haul the jugs in/out. And overall it's less expensive than what we were doing before. We figured we would pay off the investment of the big 5 gallon jugs in a just a couple months. I'm always tempted to try some of the teas they have ready-made in there. But I'm a little scared to get started, for fear I won't stop. ;-) read more

They sell water containers here! 2,3+5 gallon. I don't know why it's so hard to find containers in Dallas but they have them here! They also do water refills and they have alkaline + reverse osmosis. We got regular water + a 3 gallon container for $10. They were super nice too! The actual store is called Tea 2 Go. They also sell loose leaf teas. It smells delicious in there~ read more

Having just moved to the area, I went to Yelp to find a water store. Found this listing and read the reviews so I knew what to expect when I went. It kind of put me off but I needed water so I went. First time I went, the young man at the store was helping another customer carry his bottles to his car and said he'd be right back to help me which he did. Second time, just as polite. Third time, again very polite. In other water stores that I've been to, there isn't any customer service at all--just get your water, pay them and you're on your way without so much as a "thanks! come again!" So when I went to this store and the young man at the counter first cleaned the bottles, filled them up for me and then carried them to my car, I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe they've read the reviews on here and have tried to provide better customer service. Whatever the case may be, my overall experience with the store and their water has been a good one. read more

This place has changed owners as of 2015, and they are doing a fantastic job of supplying the highest quality, filtered, sanitized water available in Plano. 1. The water tastes much better than the stuff you get at the supermarket. And these guys load those heavy water bottles into your car. 2. Free chemical free disinfection if your water bottles. 3. Some previous reviews gave a bit of a bum rap on the level of friendliness shown by an employee under the previous owner. It was pretty obvious the kid had more than a small touch of Asperger's syndrome. Once you got past that I found him to be a pleasant and helpful young man. read more

NEW Management! So, I called this place a year ago looking for alkaline water. At the time they did not have. I called again, they have it now! Went in literally at close (very nice even at closing) there were three guys in there, one of which told me they took over six months ago, and are opening one in McKinney off Custer and Eldorado soon (Inside Vitamin4u). The water price is awesome especially for alkaline. The water taste great, gave me a lot of knowledge about water systems, and they offered to take it to my car. So, I like this place. read more

I have been buying great tasting alkaline water here for over a year. Super happy with them. The tea selection is great!

It's now a water and teashop. The water is very clean actually much much cleaner than Aquafina, desani... Etc etc. When I was there they did a spectrometer test and if my memory serves correct it was over 4 times cleaner than other bottled water. The alkaline water puts all the good minerals back and the higher ph actually helps fight disease. The owner has an attention to detail. Washing the everything with a special ozone water that kills 99.999% of germs. I like to fill only 5 -10 gallons at a time so the water stays fresh. It usually lasts me about 3 weeks. I use it for everything, cooking, drinking and even for my humidifier. read more

I came to fill up my water bottles and had my two young kids in the car. The owner came out to my vehicle and got my water bottles so I wouldn't have to try and wrangle two kids and five water bottles at once. He then took them inside, filled them up, ran my card for payment and returned and loaded them into my vehicle. Great customer service!!! read more
