He was willing to make additional trips to our house, provide larger sample areas, and even test the same colors in different sheens so we could confidently compare them in different lighting conditions. That level of customer service is rare. His experience also showed during the estimate. Out of all the painters we met with, Alejandro was the only one who immediately pointed out some rotted trim that needed attention and also asked whether we planned to paint the railings and front door so the entire house would look cohesive. He was clearly looking at the house as a whole, not just quoting what was on paper. He repaired the damaged wood at a very reasonable price. Another contractor tried to upsell us that the entire wood trim needed to be replaced, which turned out to be completely unnecessary. The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We had years of chipped paint, patched areas from old DIY repairs, and other imperfections that I thought would always be visible. Alejandro's team took the time to prep everything properly, smoothing the walls and repairing those areas so the finished result looks like a brand-new house. They even painted the old metal retrofit window frames, something I hadn't originally thought about, and it made an incredible difference. Everything now feels clean, cohesive, and professionally finished. On top of all that, their pricing was one of the fairest we received, they were able to start much sooner than other contractors, and they completed the project on schedule. Our house went from looking tired and dated to looking fresh, timeless, and like one of the nicest homes on the street. We couldn't be happier with the result.
