My 2018 Honda Civic kept showing "Not Ready" because I don't drive much since I work from home. Gregory patiently explained the situation and told me to drive more and come back. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never once tried to scare me into taking my car to the dealer. He said he's been doing this since 1987, and you can tell. This is the kind of old-school customer service that's hard to find these days. After my car finally passed, Gregory even gave me a complimentary car wash next door, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
