Mimi's is different. The crust is foldable. The sauce is essentially tomatoes, oregano and garlic. And these guys were willing to put eggplant on my pizza. (No, I'm not vegan. But eggplant is divine!) In addition to the good pizza here, the service is phenomenal. These guys treated us like family ... even with a to-go order. I'm a Houston guy. I come here because my daughter is a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. The food around here leaves much to be desired, in my humble opinion, but Mimi's brings me some joy.
